Newly Renovated, Private Pool, Gated Community

Kelly was amazing with very organized and clear instructions, recommendations, and flexibility. It was perfect for our small group with just enough privacy yet able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings

Casa Alma exceeded our expectations! Hermosa Palms may be the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Kelly was extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. She even helped us extend our stay when our flight was delayed due to weather. She was quick to offer recommendations and was helpful and patient with my “touristy” questions. Beds were comfortable, house had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals. The pool bar and restaurant were TOP NOTCH! We felt extremely comfortable and safe and relaxed! Tons of Macaws. Sunrise and sunset beach walks were just the most magical thing to experience. We would for sure stay again! Thanks Kelly for making our stay so enjoyable!

Casa Alma is a beautiful house. It’s very comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances and kitchenware. We enjoyed sitting in the porch by the pool to cool off and listen to bird sounds. The house is only a short walk from the beach house and the beach. Walking inside the gated community is a pleasure. In the morning we had long 2 hour walks along the beach and when we got back we enjoyed the private pool. The house is a short drive to fantastic restaurants such as Vista Hermosa restaurant. Kelly was always helpful and the communication with her was excellent. We highly recommend Casa Alma and will definitely come back.

Perfect stay at Kelly's place in Playa Hermosa. Beautifully updated kitchen and very comfortable master bedroom. So nice to have access to a private pool along with a 2 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous Hermosa Palms Beach Club. We ate at the swim up bar at Yo Yo's every day and the food was fantastic. Highly recommended. Best part was the scarlet macaws living in the trees beside the house, fabulous.

Kelly was a great host, always responsive and friendly, house was beautiful, in a private condo, with access to a beach club and bigger swimming pool with a wet bar! (winning!). Also the beach was walking distance. We experienced heavy "biblical" rain one night that flooded the pool and adjacent garden that released a funky smell, however the next morning Kelly sent the maintenance guy who took care of the pool. The only thing, that i'm sure might be on their list, was the balcony fence was a bit rusty, and the pillows a bit too big (but that's a personal choice) Overall we had a great relaxing time and i will recommend Kelly's place.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. La casa estaba impecable, bien equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos y muy cómoda. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Great place for our family with older kids, had everything we needed. The beach club was a highlight with a large pool and swim up pool bar/restaurant (smoothies in the pool for the kids were a win!) looking out directly to the beach. The food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but better than expected! Note that while the beach is beautiful, the waves are super strong so you have to be very careful!

Coming to Costa Rica for the last 35 years, this was one of the best, if not the best places I've stayed. What a wonderful home. It was just as described and more. We will definitely be revisiting this place again.
