The Space

Casa Tranquilo is a stylish, modern home located in the sought-after Ventanas subdivision, offering panoramic ocean views from the living areas and a private rooftop infinity pool. The rooftop pool overlooks the ocean and the iconic Cabo Arch. Enjoy relaxing by the pool, gathering around the rooftop fire pit, or grilling in the rooftop seating area.

The ground floor features a private jacuzzi just outside one of the downstairs bedrooms. The home has recently been upgraded with fiber optic internet, providing consistent download speeds over 100 Mbps and upload speeds exceeding 40 Mbps, ideal for Zoom meetings and VOIP calls.

Inside, the living room includes a large TV with Netflix and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. Dining options include a table seating six and a breakfast bar for four. Outdoor patio seating is accessible from the living room. A washer and dryer are also available.

The home has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms:

• Large master suite on the main level (upstairs) with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and tiled bathroom
• Bedroom one (downstairs) with a California king bed and en suite bathroom
• Bedroom two (downstairs) with two California king beds and en suite bathroom

Linens and towels are provided.

Location and Community

Casa Tranquilo is situated within a private gated community offering resort-style amenities such as a community pool, gym, deli, and playground. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 6 am, requiring noise to be kept at a conversational level during these times.

Guests will receive a gym card for access. Please note:

• There is a $50 USD fee for lost or deactivated gym cards.
• When entering the gym, guests must swipe the card both in and out; failure to do so will deactivate the card.
• Walking out with another group is not permitted.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home except for the garage. They may also use community pools and amenities available to short-term visitors.

Additional Information

• A pack n’ play is available for an additional daily fee. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in via Airbnb messenger, with payment due before arrival.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Security enforces noise restrictions strictly to avoid fines.
• Drone use is prohibited by the homeowners association regulations. Violations may result in HOA fines.
