I hate to write this review because the chef and house staff were amazing. We never had WiFi the entire time, they said it was bc of the hurricane however the hurricane was the weekend prior and I booked the place the Tuesday before our Thursday trip so I find it hard to believe this wasn’t a known issue at time of booking. We had no water the first night causing us to have to go to the villa next door to use the restrooms and shower (which didn’t have hot water). The AC in the master bedroom did not work the entire time, nor did hot water in that bathroom. Lights is master bathroom and closet did not work. We had lots of issues with leaking toilets, even had a leak in a bedroom coming from an electrical outlet by the bed creating a puddle thank goodness nothing was plugged in it. Some of the kids and us were afraid to use the toilets. I know adults have more patience but honestly we were fed up with all the issues. The place looks nice and for the price point I can’t justify.

David and team went above and beyond during our stay. The house exceeded our expectations and easily accommodated our group of 20. The staff that worked with us during our trip made us feel at home and helped us have an unforgettable experience. The chef / travel package is 100% worth it and makes everything extremely convenient during the stay. Can’t wait to go back!

David was great, proactive, and creative as a host. Some unforeseen and uncontrollable things happened during our stay. David was available immediately, creatively came up with solutions, and truly went the extra mile to make everything right and better!

The villa is in an amazing location and feels extremely safe. The outdoor space was the highlight of the Airbnb and easily fit our large group. We opted for the all inclusive option which we would definitely recommend, especially for larger groups. Everyone on the team was so amazing and friendly and went over and above to make our stay memorable. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone staying in Cancun!

Location area was nice. Felt safe . David and his team were very nice . House may be marked just a little pricey being that the home needs some fixing. Master bedroom had a terrible leak. My sister slipped and feel on a large water leak in the bedroom. Floor was completed covered in water. Re-injured her foot from the leakage in which she just had a surgery on 10 weeks ago. The master bathroom toilet never worked. The cleaning crew did come up and add water into the toilet with a bucket when it was time to flush the toilet. Cockroaches were present the entire time we stayed. David and Valerie both were very accommodating. Chefs were also amazing. Overall I don’t 11K was worth the stay being that most of the ladies were scared of the roaches which made them feel uncomfortable about eating. Also trying to hold out not using the restrooms because they weren’t working properly. David however was great home just May need to be marked a little lower until he can invest in getting repairs

They stay was fine. I wouldn't purchase the all inclusive food option. it was $250/person for 3 days but not worth the money. the location is great, right next to the water.
