Stay cool with AC bedrooms, a large kitchen and outdoor dining area. Swim in the saltwater pool with a jungle back yard-sometimes monkeys swing by! Cushy king beds, solar power, low EMF, and healthy air. 3km to Escamequita: pickleball courts, Big Sky horse ranch, & Friday night pizza nights! 12kms south of San Juan Del Sur. The space We have a local (English & Spanish speaking) property manager that can be there to help you out with any issues. We will give you his direct number with your booking details. Guest access Guests can use the full home and there is a gated driveway and plenty of space to park your vehicle. We do recommend having a vehicle or ATV rental while staying here as there is not public transit nearby.

La casa es tal cual como se muestra en la publicación, la casa es amplia, cómoda, tiene muy buena ventilación, los AC funcionan muy bien y la casa tiene mucha privacidad. desafortunadamente la casa no estaba lista cuando llegamos pero Peter se pudo hacer cargo de todo, únicamente el Internet nunca pudo mejorar, la velocidad era suficiente para ver la TV pero no como para trabajo remoto. si esto último se soluciona, me volvería a quedar en esta casa. San Juan del Sur es muy bonito y varias playas quedan cerca de la casa.

Comfy beds nice house. Just bring everything with you it’s a bit far but good peaceful place. Also WiFi isn’t the best so don’t plan on working online. It’s more to disconnect and relax!!
