This newly constructed villa is located in the most prestigious area of Coco in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, three private zones, and five terraces, all offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
The Space
Each guest has access to a private concierge who can assist with planning trips, arranging transportation, and hiring private chefs.

The villa also includes a unique infinity pool that overlooks the entire area. The pool is illuminated at night, providing a delightful experience both day and night.
Climate and Environment
The weather is consistently pleasant, with daytime temperatures ranging from 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and cooling to around 75 degrees at night. Due to the villa’s elevated location, there are virtually no mosquitoes or other bothersome insects, which is quite rare for Costa Rica.

The host and property manager Kevin are great. No complaints about them whatsoever. The only issue with the stay was the water went out for over 48hrs and the WiFi did not work the first few days. We were warned about the water before hand and needing to be cautious of our water use. However, less than 24hr into our stay, the water did not work and it was not because we used all of it. The pipe broke, which I understand happens. However, we were unable to shower or use the restrooms in the home for over 24hrs. It was then fixed. 24hrs later, it broke again and we did not have water for an additional 24hrs. I requested a 50% refund since a few of the amenities did not work how they were described. I never received a response from him though. Boris has a beautiful place other than these few mishaps.

We had a great time! The place is beautifully situated and very comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It’s a really nice spot to relax and enjoy — we had lots of fun and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The space is beautifully designed with comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home. The views are simply breathtaking. From the howler monkeys next door to the ocean view and private surroundings, it felt like a postcard. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while taking in the panorama. The amenities were top-notch: the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy and the living spaces were inviting. Our host was attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful suggestions for local spots. Communication was seamless and timely.

We really enjoyed Boris’s place. The villa is fantastic and has breathtaking views of the ocean. The pool was also great. The beach is less than a 5 minute drive with many great restaurants around it. Kevin, the property manager, was very responsive. and answered all our questions. We did lose running water for about 24 hours due to a water leak in the city pipes. There is nothing Boris and team can do here, but once it was fixed, they were quick to send a water truck to refill the tanks. I couldn’t recommend Boris’s Villa enough.

My daughter and I had a girls trip to Costa Rica. Our first trip to Costa Rica was absolutely incredible! The country offers so much beauty and CASA TATIANA has the most perfect view! When we got to the house we stopped on the road and just took in the beautiful sunset our first night there. We saw several beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the Infiniti pool. The sounds of the ocean waves and the sounds of all the wildlife was so relaxing. You really won't want to leave this Villa. Everything you need is there if you want to cook and make cocktails. Kevin is the concierge and replied back to me anytime I had a question. One day he dropped wine and a new oven mitt at the gate for us. Very kind of him! We had a short power outage one morning and he quickly got on the phone with the power company and it was back on within the hour. He knows the area and will help you with places to go and recommend places for you. He was very attentive. We will definitely be going back next year.

Le logement etait parfait, très propre et chaque soir nous avions une magnifique couche de soleil que ca soit de la piscine ou de la terrasse. Les hôtes sont tres reactifs et attentif a la moindre demande. Nous avons passe un excellent sejour. Merci
