The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Notably, the fourth bedroom and bathroom are part of a separate quarters with an exterior entrance, providing additional privacy. Each bedroom is designed as a cozy retreat with stylish decor and comfortable beds.
Outside, the garden surrounds a large private pool framed by tropical plants. There is also a sizable outdoor terrace with a dining area and BBQ, perfect for gatherings. Parking is available on the property for convenience.
Built in 2005, this villa can accommodate groups of up to 20 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups.

Due to the local climate—characterized by humidity, sun exposure, and salty air—ongoing maintenance is necessary for homes in this area. Should any issues arise during your stay, our dedicated team, led by Danny, is available to resolve them promptly.
Please note that groceries, drinking water, and other beverages are not provided. Guests are encouraged to pre-order supplies from Paloma for delivery before arrival or take a short two-minute taxi ride to nearby stores.
We are integrated with Airbnb through API software and are responsible for any damages at the property. A security deposit of $1,500 USD is required and fully refundable, or alternatively, a non-refundable fee of $59 USD can be paid outside of the Airbnb platform. Un lugar fantástico, de fácil acceso, con instrucciones claras y sencillas. La habitación de lujo superó mis expectativas, todo concordaba perfectamente con las fotos publicadas. La alberca fue lo mejor: con una temperatura perfecta que invita a relajarse a cualquier hora. Sin duda, cada vez que regrese a Playa, esta será siempre mi primera opción. ¡Altamente recomendable!

La ubicación está muy cerca de la quinta avenida, la casa es muy bonita. el lugar es muy seguro, muy cerca del ferry y la playa. Los anfitriones son excelentes Judith y Dany, cuando necesitábamos algo respondían al instante. Yo diría que en esta casa, para quedar cómodos cada uno en camas sería para al menos 10 personas ya que los demás duermen en camas nido y nosotros fuimos un grupo de 14 adultos mayores de 60 años. el residencial es hermoso, la cas tiene una muy buena piscina para nadar y la casa también está muy bien equipada, los A/C funcionan perfectamente al igual que el internet y realmente no tuvimos tiempo de usar el televisor En las noches no se escucha ningún ruido, todo es muy tranquilo. Y hay mucha seguridad ya que me dejaron paquetes de compras en el corredor de la casa La super recomiendo

5 Stars – A Perfect Easter Getaway! Kimberly’s Place was everything we hoped for and more during our annual Easter family vacation. We were a large group—over 20 people including kids—and Kimberly was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the start. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable! The beach is close by, and we loved being walking distance to restaurants, a mall, and the famous 5th Avenue. It was perfect for both the adults and the kids in our group. The home itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious with an amazing view. It truly felt like a relaxing escape. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely book again. Even if I come back just with my immediate family, I know this will be the perfect spot for a quick, peaceful getaway. Thank you, Kimberly, for a memorable Easter stay! Corina

la abitacion principal es muy bonita y amplia mientras que las otras dos no tanto,una pareja tuvo que dormir en la sala y esto nos resulto un poco incomodo,tuvimos algunos detallitos de mantenimiento pero nada grave.por el resto todo bien

I took the family here for a weekend beach stay. Amazing location! Mere steps away from Playacar beach. The hosts were very responsive and our local contacts made sure any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible. If you're looking for a nice quiet beach stay this is the place. Easily walkable to the more lively section of town if you want to hit the restaurants, clubs or another beach. Referrals for restaurants and grocery services from the host were great add ons to the experience.
