For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This home is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and relaxing retreat.
The dining area and outdoor living space, which includes a private pool, offer ample room for everyone to unwind. Whether you want to share a meal, take a refreshing swim, or relax in the sun, this home has you covered.
A house manager is available to assist with your needs, including airport transportation, car rentals, chef and cleaning services, and arranging tours. Our concierge services ensure you can enjoy an authentic local experience.
Please note that for your safety, security cameras are installed outside near the front entrance and laundry area.

Please be aware that one closet in the master bedroom is locked and reserved for the owners' use.

Rachael was very responsive and welcoming throughout the entire process. Fabian was an awesome house manager and made sure we had everything we needed. He was also friendly, responsive and welcoming. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual house. It felt like home and was a perfect fit for our family. Highly recommend! It will feel as if you never left home.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this breathtaking Airbnb at Playa Colonia, perfectly positioned for easy beach access and fantastic surfing! The expansive three-bedroom home, featuring a charming casita and a pristine private pool, provided an ideal haven for my family to unwind in luxury. The well-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, and inviting outdoor living space elevated the experience to a dream getaway, while the cozy twin bunk beds in the casita delighted the kids. The host was exceptionally responsive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay—when the baby crib was hard to find, they swiftly delivered a brand-new one, even discovering it tucked away in a backdoor closet; their dedication was truly outstanding. This place is a must-book for an unforgettable vacation!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le logement se trouve à moins de 10min de la plage (plage du parc national payante par carte). La plage est magnifique. Le logement est superbe, bien entretenu et très propre. Tout le confort y est. La cuisine est bien équipée et c’est facile d’y cuisiner. Il y a un Maxi Pali tout proche et un BM Supermercado à quelque minutes d’auto qui est encore plus complet. La piscine au logement est tout à fait agréable!! Nous avons passé un beau séjour!

We had a fantastic stay at this perfect home in the perfect location. We were just steps away from a great spot for drinks & nachos, as well as a large Maxi Pali (Walmart), but particularly and especially steps away from the most beautiful beach! The host was super helpful & very responsive, the beds were very comfy, home & kitchen well stocked, and the backyard totally dreamy. We honestly loved every second and savored taking nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. (There is a small fee to enter Marina Ballena Natl Park, which entrance is at the bottom of the street- but we paid everyday and at night the guard always let us go in to watch the sunset, and you also can walk down the dirt road to where the locals enter). We were in the perfect spot to explore Uvita: Nauyaca Waterfalls, Playa Ventanas, Whale Watching from downtown Uvita, Manuel Antonio National Park, and multiple beaches up and down the coast. Great home. 5 enthusiastic stars!
