I’ve booked here three times and I’ve never had any issues. I love this place and I will always book this place when I decide to come to Costa Rica. Excellent service and great location. The pool is beautiful as well.👌

the oven didn't work we were told to use the BBQ, which ran out of gas. Although they bought us a new one. This not being communicated before we got there was the main issue. The door doesn't close which let in an iguana, not cool to come home and find it running around the house. The AC units froze up, and they are too small for the place. The breakers for the lights tried, so we had no lights at one point. The pool never worked while we were there. We thought it was nice to have it gated until we saw the maintenance people just slide open the electric gate. With all the minor things it made our stay miserable. George done everything he could to make things right, and we really appreciate his efforts. From getting us discounts on the atvs and securing our ride to San Jose for free. The place is beautiful and has potential to be awesome. But the issues must be addressed first. We really wanted to speak with the owner to voice our displeasure. And it's not 5mins away via walking.

“Wow! What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality of our hosts. The villa was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We can't thank our hosts enough for their warm welcome and attention to detail. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Felt safe and had a great time.

I wish I could have had a better experience because the house itself is cute. The things that knocked this rating down was that the house is definitely not a 5 min walk, maybe more like 20 mins and I wouldn't recommend walking as a group of ladies late at night. strike 1 false ad. Next thing was the day we arrived, the house was super melting hot as the ACs were not turned on. Strike 2 not prepared. With in a few hours of being there(~ 3) the electric breaker tripped and so began the start of our power problems. We ended up not having AC in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms in the main house for two nights. Strike 3 inability to provide as agreed. It took a while to have everything fixed and constantly had techs in and out of our "private" stay. Last thing is if you are a female, bring your own towels because we were charged for makeup stained towels which everyone knows can be washed out with a little bleach if needed. Its also the risk you take when providing white linens in my opinion.

George qui s’occupait de nous était très réactif, il est arrivé à régler quelques petits soucis rapidement et avec courtoisie et bonne humeur.. il est venu rapidement quand c était nécessaire Je suis vraiment contente de mon séjour:)
