- Located in a quiet neighborhood with a strict noise curfew after 9:00 PM. Loud music is not permitted, and the villa is not suitable for parties.
- The hot water system is solar-powered, so hot water availability is not guaranteed at all times. It may take 5 to 10 minutes to heat up, and depending on weather conditions, the water might be lukewarm or cold.

Die Architektur der Villa (außen aber auch innen) hat uns schwer beeindruckt. Die räumliche Großzügigkeit der Villa ist fantastisch Es passt wirklich alles! Von den großflächigen Kunstwerken bis zur Ausstattung der Küche bis zum herrlichen Pool. Die Lage der Villa ist - eigenes Auto vorausgesetzt- fantastisch. Zugegebenermaßen ist die Villa nicht mehr ganz neu, was im ein oder anderen Detail sichtbar wird. Aber sie ist jedenfalls bestens gepflegt und sehr stylisch und garantiert ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Die Idee auch für Kinder einiges zu bieten ist super; hier besteht jedoch in der Praxis eine gewisse Ausbaufähigkeit! (Die Rutsche ist zu krass und das Spielzimmer hat überwiegend Dinge zu bieten, die nicht mehr funktionieren)

Bonito lugar con buena vista, la infraestructura es bonita pero los baños, duchas y algunos muebles están desgastados probablemente porque la casa se mantiene abierta al no tener aire acondicionado en las áreas comunes. Maravillosa vista desde lo alto de la casa.

This place was very beautiful and we loved how spacious it was because the bugs are easier to keep in a different side of the house then where you may be sleeping which nice. The view is amazing and it looks just like the pictures. We didn’t use the other amenities much but i’m sure they are just as nice as well!

This property is absolutely stunning. The architecture, views, and pool made for a really unique experience. The receptionist was also incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting us with arranging massages, chef services, and laundry during our stay. That said, there are a few things I wish had been communicated more clearly in the listing before booking. The property does not have air conditioning in the common areas such as the kitchen and living room, which made those spaces very hot at times. Also, because the glass walls and doors have wide gaps, bugs freely enter the space, and we regularly encountered large beetles, water bugs, spiders, and other insects including inside the bedrooms and on the actual beds themselves. Bug nets were provided. The back door is also not able to lock and so you aren’t able to lock up at night. We still felt safe though. But wish we would have known these things prior. I would still stay here again and have already recommended friends.

Absolutely stunning house. Clean and great amenities. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very glad the road to the house was paved. It was extremely steep, but easy to access. We didn’t have any issue with bugs. Just be careful to keep food locked up. AC in the bedrooms worked perfectly and enabled a comfortable nights sleep. Uvita was a great little town with lots activities. Area felt like very safe. Fabulous overall! Thanks again for an amazing stay!
