Location and Capacity

Casa de Luz can accommodate up to 23 guests. Its spacious common areas and large private suites make it an excellent option for extended family vacations, weddings, or other special occasions.

Holiday and Event Policies

Holiday Dates for 2025 & 2026

Please verify your dates carefully before booking. Only select from the following holiday periods when making a reservation. Contact a reservation agent if your dates differ to explore accommodation options.

• Thanksgiving: November 23 to November 30 (2025 and 2026)
• Easter Week 2026: March 29 to April 4

Christmas and New Year

Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this time.

Music Festivals

Please consult with us prior to booking during music festival dates, as restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Quiet House Policy

Casa de Luz is a unique quiet retreat. We invite guests to relax and enjoy the natural sounds of the ocean. To maintain this atmosphere, no music or loud noise is permitted during your stay. Violations may result in fines.

Additional Guest Fee

The home accommodates a standard number of guests, with the option to add more for an extra fee. Please contact our reservations team for details.

Sleeping Arrangements

Casa de Luz features two staircases: one leads to the northern wing (Master Bedroom #3) and the other to the southern wing (Master Bedroom #4). To access the Center Upstairs Bedrooms (#5 and #6), guests must use either Master #3 or Master #4, as these central rooms do not have separate entrances.

Both Master bedrooms share bathrooms with the adjacent central rooms.
