Rafa and the house staff were on top of everything! We loved the house staff! They kept the place tidy, were always cheerful and make great meals and piña colada’s!

We went there for a four day work retreat had an unbelievably amazing time. The beauty of the house in the pictures lived up to its reputation in reality and the area is just amazing. The staff was fantastic and I would highly recommend this house for anyone!

Incredible house in an intimate setting right on the ocean in the town of Langosta. Far enough away from Tamarindo to relax, but close enough to take a golf cart into the hustle and bustle of the town. The photos do not do this place justice. Lorena and Flor were amazing house support. Truly one of our highlights of our stay. Highly recommend hiring "Chef Brown Skin CR" as well for curated meals and chef support.

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Luz with 14 of us—three families who’ve known each other forever. The beachfront location on Langosta Beach was perfect, with private beach access and stunning sunset views from the infinity pool. We loved swimming, watching monkeys, exploring the tide pools, and having sunset photos after the rain. The house is spacious and comfortable, with five king suites facing the ocean, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. Evenings drinking wine and laughing, were unforgettable. The Tico Tasty Package was a great bonus, with delicious Costa Rican meals prepared for us (Lenora, Flor & Jay were the best). We also rented golf carts which made easy access to downtown (although it is a quick walk). All in all, our stay was unforgettable. The beautiful location, great amenities, and thoughtful hosting made it the perfect place for our family getaway. We’d definitely recommend Casa de Luz to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun beachfront vacation.

The house was great. Three of the upstairs rooms are connected (the bunk bed room being in the middle) and then the fourth room is private with a shared bathroom. We rented golf carts and were able to get around everywhere with them. Longest drive was about 15 minutes to a restaurant (pangas). Red door and dragonfly were also delicious. Did walk once or twice in the 30 year old something group but my dad and his friends (60 something) didn’t walk anywhere. Outside shower floods when it rains. One of the other showers wasn’t draining properly but once told about it they were on top of it. We spotted tons of crabs, iguanas and our lil friend racoon in the backyard. If you are interested I highly recommend the fire show— the dancers were amazing. We opted out of the grocery delivery and went ourselves. It’s possible if you’re up for it. We had a wonderful time. The group is still buzzing about it. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful place to spend a week. The staff are very friendly and makes your life easy so you don’t have to worry about a thing while on vacation. Highly recommend.

This villa had everything we needed and more. We traveled with a group of 21 adults and there was ample space for everyone and lots to do around the property. At any given time, members of our group were at the beach, lounging by the pool, or walking to the nearby town. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly as well. Breakfast was delicious every day and kept us fueled for any excursions we had planned. We highly recommend going with the Elite Services Premium. Thank you to Rafa and the villa team for an amazing and memorable stay!

This house was perfect for our 18 person mixed friends and family trip! As mentioned in other reviews, the upstairs rooms would be tricky for couples as the bathrooms are shared. The pool area is stunning, and being able to watch and hear the waves crash so close is incredible. We highly recommend hiring Adriana as your chef for dinners if you book. The food and presentation were exceptional. We also recommend TicoMix bartenders if you are having a party!
