The space The house is located just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Fully equipped with style and quality for a pleasant stay. Located in a nice residential area with 24hrs security, a quiet place with lots of green areas and with great views of Brasilito Beach and of course, the best sunsets in Costa Rica. It is a property designed with many open spaces for the enjoyment of natural light and fresh air, mixing a modern and tropical concept with many plants and fine furnishings made of Laurel. It has central air conditioning throughout the house and a salted infinity style pool and a barbecue in the backyard. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms spaciously distributed between 2 of the 3 floors of the house, so everyone can have as much privacy and personal space as possible: the master bedroom is located the main floor along with the kitchen and living room area, the other two bedrooms are located on the second floor and the pool area is at the bottom floor. All have a private balcony with ocean view and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Guest access You may have access to the entire house except for the laundry and storage room that are located on the second floor. Great house for our family of 4, kids 9 & 11, spent hours in the wonderful pool, close to great beaches, restaurants and groceries. Host was very helpful and responsive with a few issues we had during our stay and even helped with a chocolate cake and decorations for my daughter’s birthday. Overall great place, would definitely stay here again!

The house is fantastic. Very well kept up property. The bedrooms, outdoor space, view, and pool really made it worth every penny. Many towns and beaches within a 10-20 minute drive. The recommendations for the surrounding area provided at the house are helpful as well. It was a little hard to find. Make sure to use the address and directions provided by the host and not what gets listed by Airbnb.

We spent Christmas through New Years at Casa Cocobolo and loved it. Vittoria and her mother were amazing hosts and never missed a beat. The house is beautiful, very well appointed and exactly as advertised. We had stayed at another Airbnb on a previous trip that didn't have a pool so having the pool this time was a treat. There are many beaches, locally, each having a different character and unique charm but being able to just fall into your own private pool was amazing. A car is essential. All of the beaches, towns and local attractions are a short drive and for the most part not walkable. There are many very good restaurants close by but stick with fish and seafood. We would recommend Vittoria's place to anyone that is looking for a unique and memorable experience. Thanks Vittoria for letting us stay at Cocobolo.

The house looks exactly as it does in the listing photographs. The location in Mar Vista is spectacular. Incredibly safe. 30 min from Tamarindo. 30 min from Playa Grande. 10 minutes or less to Flamingo, Brasilitio, Portrero, Las Catalinas and Huacas. Very close to a few mini mercados as well as many really really good restaurants. The cleaners are spectacular. I believe we were the first people to rent after the house was constructed and therefore there were a few little kinks in the house that needed to be addressed. Nothing major and Vittoria and Osmin were great about dealing with those little issues for us.
