Nice place to stay with all the amenities. Kitchen is very well equipped and location is comfortable. Loved the pool area and everything you need is a quick walk or golf carting drive away recommend!

The place looks like the pictures, just a bit dated. The bathrooms aren’t that great tbh but everything else is good. The WiFi was terrible, didn’t work the whole time we were there. The security at the entrance were very nice and recommended places for us to go. Overall it’s good for its value, it’s not the nicest place but it definitely worked for what we needed.

Great location and very spacious apartment! Store is right across the street and all the staff were very helpful and friendly! Having a washer and dryer was amazing! Would strongly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay, it is walkable but the cart makes access to the whole island easy. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Beautiful home! The pool is great and having the washer/dryer was awesome. The host text us for power outages and kept very well in contact. Will definitely be returning in the future. Security at the front gate also were very kind and helpful

Great communication! About 10-15 mins from most bars, restaurants, and dive shops by golf cart (highly recommend renting a golf cart) and a nice breakfast place across the street. There is a security booth at the entrance.

Great place to stay and plenty of room for multiple guests. The complex has security staff who are very friendly and attentive. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great location, safe community, comfortable home! I really felt at home here while I was working remotely. Having the dining table, strong wifi and full kitchen set up made it very easy. The sunset view from the kitchen was gorgeous! The AC worked great, bathrooms were well lit and spacious with good water pressure and temperature control. Bed was very comfortable and even though the unit faces a main road, I barely heard any outside noise. Everyone in the community including the front gate security were all very nice and welcoming. You’re only a couple mins from town and have plenty of stores nearby. Only couple “cons” giving a 4/5 stars is that I had to evacuate for the threat of Hurricane Beryl and Vacasa was only willing to maintain their original cancel policy—just know there is no flexibility here. I also didn’t find them super responsive when I contacted about a couple issues that needed fixing. Was a good value overall though.
