Guest Access

Guests are welcomed by the house staff upon arrival. Since the property is within a private gated community, security protocols require information about vehicles and occupants entering the subdivision. Please allow 10 to 15 minutes for access approval at the entrance.

Additional Information

• Service staff work an 8-hour schedule. Overtime costs are the responsibility of guests.
• The cook does not provide a fixed menu but prepares meals based on ingredients supplied by guests and their preferences. The cook does not purchase groceries.
• Additional service personnel can be hired for 500 pesos per shift.
• For groups exceeding 10 guests, an additional charge of 800 pesos per person per day applies.
• Pets are allowed with a maximum of two per stay, subject to a fee of 800 pesos per pet.
• Guests are advised to bring mosquito repellent.
