The Space

This luxury house offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, situated in the peaceful small town of Los Pargos in Playa Negra, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. The property provides privacy and security for guests.

With approximately 4,500 square feet of living space, there is ample room for your group to relax and spread out. The inviting living room features a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating areas that create a welcoming atmosphere.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with one king-size bed and one queen-size bed respectively. The fourth bedroom contains six single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are two dining options: a breakfast bar at the kitchen island for quick meals and a larger dining area with wooden tables for group gatherings.

Surrounding the house is a well-maintained tropical garden that encloses a spacious swimming pool. A cozy deck is available for massages, and at the opposite end, there is a barbecue area perfect for enjoying meals after a day at the beach.

Location

Located within Playa Negra, the house is a short drive from the beach, local restaurants, shops, and various surf spots such as Avellanas and Junquillal.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire 4,500 square feet of living space, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, pool, and outdoor amenities.

Other Information

Casa Tranquilo includes housekeeping services twice a week for four hours each visit. The housekeeper will clean the home, bathrooms, change towels, and can assist with laundry upon request. Please notify in advance if laundry service is needed so it can be prioritized upon arrival.
