Beautiful location and responsive host! The only issue we had was the power went out several times during the night we stayed & there was no working WiFi our entire stay.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect - right on the beach and there's also a nice pool if beach isn't your thing. We walked to all of our meals and got drinks at a nice place on the beach. We ran into Paula, the host, as we were arriving and she was very nice. Would recommend!

Great place and location. Closely walkable to everything in town but just far enough to still maintain peace and quiet. Helpful host quick response and proactive with accommodations.

The condo has black mold in one of the rooms. The hot water in the shower only worked 1 out of 4 showers

This is probably one of the best views in Jaco, amazing location thats right on the beach and walkable distance to many restaurants. The moment you enter you have a breathtaking ocean view. The only issue our group had was with the hot showers - not sure if it was the issue with the building's plumbing/heating facility or this particular apartment, but hot water shower was something that just didn't work in all the four bathrooms we used. Paula tried to get it resolved on day 1, but it did not work. We spent a couple of days away in the mountains but when we came back - the issue with hot water was still not resolved which was a bummer. So after some long road trips, no one could take a shower with hot / warm water. In spite of this, I must say this is a very nice apartment, great ocean and sunset views right from the balcony, and nice pool table for kids and adults to play.
