White sandy beach, great for swimming & snorkelling. The space The house is located on a breathtaking and very private cove of Guacalito de la Isla. Guest access There are palapas on the beach but they belong to the resort, please do not use the chairs underneath them as they are not part of the house. Beach access is via the main track, the path at the end of the garden is no longer available having been blocked by the resort. Other things to note Bring charcoal for the BBQ. If powers goes out, Adolfo will need to access the laundry room (located beside the kitchen) to connect the generator to the house electrical panel. When the house is running on the generator only the the lights, fans and fridge. The AC's will not work. Beach access is via the main track, not the path through the garden. Unfortunately the resort blocked this.

## The Space

This oceanfront house is situated just a two-minute walk from one of the most beautiful swimming beaches in Nicaragua, and possibly all of Central America. It features a large swimming pool and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The terrace is well furnished and offers stunning ocean views.

Internet service is reliable—adequate for video calls, streaming movies, and music, though it is not high-speed. The white sandy beach nearby is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

The property is located on a breathtaking and very private cove in Guacalito de la Isla.

- The path at the end of the garden is no longer accessible as it has been blocked by the resort.
- There are palapas on the beach, but these belong to the resort. Guests should not use the chairs beneath them as they are not part of the house.

- Please bring charcoal if you plan to use the barbecue.
- In the event of a power outage, Adolfo will need to access the laundry room next to the kitchen to connect the generator to the house’s electrical panel.
- When running on generator power, only the lights, fans, and refrigerator will operate; the air conditioning units will not function.
