ES UN FRAUDE !!!! Reserve con Santi y realice el pago y segun el por error de la plataforma se duplico la reservacion y no pude ingresar nunca al lugar, al solicitarle la devolucion del dinero dice q NO. Al contactar la plataforma de AIRBNB ellos tratar de gestionar la devolucion del dinero y tampoco les ha respondido. Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy mal sin hospedaje y lo peor sin que se haga responsable de la devolucion del dinero y aun asi continue siendo anfitrion/host. Yo confiaba en AIRBNB como una plataforma segura de engañadores como Santi.
