The Space
Experience relaxation at The Breeze, Tamarindo's premier modern luxury retreat. The property includes five villas: Cortes, Coco Bolo, Ron Ron, Almendro, and Joe Guanacaste. Each villa accommodates up to five adults or four adults and two children. An additional fee of $35 per person per night applies for guests exceeding four.
Located about 150 meters from the beach, this exceptional vacation home is set in a lush tropical environment. A beautifully preserved Guanacaste tree enhances the grounds' natural charm. Surrounding the property are vibrant tropical gardens that frame this stunning two-bedroom, two-bath villa. The villa opens onto a cascading split-level pool and lounging area, ideal for a refreshing swim or basking in Costa Rica’s abundant sunshine.
Villa Layout and Features
Each of the four two-bedroom villas is single-story. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and sliding glass doors that lead to individual patios.
Comfort is prioritized with luxury linens and high-quality mattresses ensuring restful sleep. Bathrooms are supplied with plush bath towels and pool/beach towels for your convenience.
Kitchen and Dining
All villas include fully equipped kitchens featuring:

- Toaster oven
- Coffee maker
Contemporary dishes, cookware, and silverware are provided. Enjoy meals outdoors on your covered patio adjacent to the living room, taking in the sights and sounds of paradise.

The Breeze is characterized by sleek, understated elegance. From the stylish red sofa in the living room to the tasteful bed linens in the bedrooms, the décor has been carefully selected to combine boutique hotel intimacy with a cosmopolitan flair.

The accommodation was spacious and had great natural light. The rooms have A/C with remotes so you can regulate it to your liking. Both the living room/kitchen and the outdoor dining area have fans, not A/C. The two bathrooms don't have air conditioning or fans though. The kitchen is well equipped and the shared pool area is lovely. It just up the street from the beach and right around the corner from the main street that has great restaurants and food courts. We especially enjoyed the food truck park at the end of the road, right before the beach. We greatly appreciated the manager Luca's help as he was very responsive and gave us great idea for what to do during our stay. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend!

The Breeze is a tiny gateway located in the midst of a large tourist attraction. When we traveled to Tamarindo it was both extremely hot and extremely crowded, having a gorgeous pool secured behind four walls felt both necessary and extravagant given those conditions. The rooms are spotless, and having turn down service is a luxury we didn't know we needed. Very close to everything that matters in town, it is hard to imagine a better place to stay in Tamarindo.

Muito bom para quem quer estar próximo ao centro de Tamarindo porém em uma rua mais retirada e tranquila, o local conta com duas suítes e um ambiente agradável com natureza tropical e piscina, gostamos muito e recomendamos.

They check in to see if everything is ok every day in an unobtrusive manner. Friendly, kind and give advice or recommendations, you will feel welcome and spoiled. Great place to relax.

This place was perfect. Just steps from the beach and so many good restaurants. The pool was lovely for swimming. Lots of iguanas and lizards to entertain me while sitting on the porch. The bed was superbly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, although next time with some friends because it was a little big for just me. At the time it was exactly what I needed though!

Great location. Nice and quaint spot. Cleaner comes everyday. Only downside was some bugs getting inside
