The large master bath has a spacious shower with central hot water, and the area around the sink has a large mirror, plenty of counter space, and good lighting. The guest bedroom is also large, with plenty of built-in shelves, drawers, and space for hanging clothes. Guest bathroom is similar to master bath, but opens from the hall. A great vacation spot! We (2 couples) spent 4 nights. Maria was a great host who was very helpful and responsive. We made meals there and enjoyed the plunge pool and the monkeys in the trees as well as the wandering horses in the neighborhood. The 20 minute walk into town via the beach was lovely every morning. There is a nearby store for all your needs. The air conditioning was so nice on the hot days but we also enjoyed our evening meals on the outside patio table with the overhead fan. We would recommend Casa Gratitud to others looking for a Samara area stay.

We (older couple) spent 6 weeks at Casa de Gratitud and loved it! Cute house, quiet location with good privacy. Plunge pool was super refreshing! Definitely recommend bicycles or some kind of transportation, we rented a golf cart and that really helped us explore the Samara area. Pura Vida!

The house was clean, good size two bedroom house, with private bathrooms and hot showers The location is good, you need a good car, because the road is bumpy like in very many places in Costa Rica. Place is nice and quiet, and at night you even can hear the ocean! Maria who was taking care of the rental of the house was very fast in answering any question and fixing any little problem. The place was not hot, and very rear we needed the air conditioner. You can walk to the beach, and will see spectacular cliffs and if you explore it you will find a little cave and also little private beaches with lots of beautiful little shells. Also the house is visited sometimes by a coati or a raccoon who will stay in two legs and beg for food Don’t feed it because they need to be wild and find the food itself. Sometimes we were visited by monkeys in the trees near by. We love the place and Maria who solved any problem related or not with the house. Thank you very much for making our stay very comfortable The house is located 7 min drive from samara center And 1 hour from Nicoya city

It's a nice little Tico home but currently needs some major TLC. Ask a lot of questions before you book.
