Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property. Driveway parking is available for two cars. Detailed access instructions will be provided via the House Manual emailed by Brad.

• This is a villa, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care as you would your own home.
• There is no on-site staff 24/7, but the property manager is available if needed.
• The heated pool, Jacuzzi, and fire pit require propane, which incurs an additional charge of $300 USD for the first 500-liter tank, with extra fees for additional tanks.
• Pets are allowed upon request.
