The home’s understated elegance is complemented by distinctive lighting throughout. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room with high, vaulted ceilings and immediate views of the private indoor swimming pool.
The kitchen serves as the heart of Casa Anita and overlooks the pool. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is a glass-enclosed, air-conditioned dining room with seating for up to six people.
The home comfortably accommodates up to four adults and includes:

Perry and Heidy's place was the perfect place to stay in Granada. It was centrally located, clean, spacious and not to mention the most unique and stunning home with a pool located in the middle of the living space! Casa Anita was one of our favourite parts of our trip and I couldn't recommend it more. Heydi was also quick to respond and accommodated us with an early check-in. Thanks again :)

This was a great place to stay close to everything. The inside is beautiful and very stylish! You could tell the host was detailed oriented. The house was very well maintained and stocked. They even had new bars of soap in the showers as well as the small things you usually have to bring yourself like dish soap and coffee filters. It was quiet and very safe.

Beautiful place - wow! There is an indoor/outdoor pool, a great kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, and air conditioning. Wifi is the best I have found in Granada, it’s very reliable for remote work. Definitely recommend staying here!

I actually gasped when we walked into Casa Anita. After our wonderful host Heydi helped us with check-in, we jumped up and down and squealed with glee. A beautiful hidden gem, Perry's Place is close to the hustle and bustle in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Parque Central, el Mercado, the Cathedral, and fantastic restaurants are just a short walk away. After exploring the colourful streets, the glorious pool was a welcome sanctuary. Heydi was super responsive and helpful with directions, local recommendations and arranging an airport transfer. Which I feel terrible about cause we slept like logs in the quiet and extremely comfortable bedrooms and missed our flight. Heydi was so patient and kind in the midst of chaos. Nica stole my heart and I know I'll be back in Granada. When I do I'll run, not walk, to rebook Casa Anita. Thank you for an exceptional experience!

This a gorgeous unit very close to the centre of town - about 1 Km. We felt very safe walking around. The pool inside is very unique with a little waterfall- it was awesome after a hot walk. The bedrooms were identical and separate- one upstairs. It was very well decorated too. Wifi worked well in the kitchen area.

We have stayed at many fancy hotels and unique locales, but this place stands out as extremely special. The location in Granada makes it fun, but the interior offers an incredible contrast to what can be a hot and wearing external environment during day. The place functions like a a wonderful oasis/luxury cave that brings in the outside through the open ceiling (mango trees, local sounds) complimented by a lovely pool. The bedrooms are beautiful and the glass dining room is one-of-a kind. The tall ceilings, unique furniture, and grand entry round out an exceptional experience. A number of times, my wife said “I don’t know if I have been in any place as nice.” I would buy such a place because it is so unique…nothing like it that I’ve seen. We had a blast in the local markets and the main hub/boardwalk with restaurants at night. The architecture in town is amazing. Granada feels very safe, even for walking at night. In short, we loved our stay and would rate it even higher if we could.
