On the fourth side, across a rarely traveled road, lies a shaded park with a winding path leading to the white-sand Pacific Ocean beach, only 100 yards away. Just follow the sound of the surf to reach it.
The residence offers a luxurious and inviting atmosphere with tasteful, high-quality furnishings and décor. Venetian-stucco walls, teak moldings and doors, cast stone floors, and tropical hardwood-planked ceilings combine to create a warm and welcoming vacation home.

La Esquina is an intimate complex with only 10 units, showcasing Moroccan architecture with Mediterranean stucco, columns, arches, tile, stonework, and carved teak beams throughout. The professionally landscaped gardens burst with tropical flowers, plants, and trees.
The complex is walled, gated, and guarded, featuring a large parking area for residents and guests. The pool is just steps from the condo’s private, shaded porch. A rooftop patio offers partial ocean views and overlooks the surrounding area.

The unit was a great layout for the four of us. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The common area was also large and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week’s stay, eating mostly breakfast and lunch at home. The pool area was great, a mix of sunny and shady spots and it was cleaned each morning. Because of the length and layout of the pool, each unit had their own area. Langosta beach is a short walk, rocky but fun to sit in the wading pools during low tide. There’s a delicious breakfast stand around the corner. Other than that, we mostly ate in Tamarindo and Flamingo. The unit is dark and shaded from the sun, which I liked because we could sleep in and keep cool in midday. The only issue was that we smelled sewage on and off on a couple of the days. The staff was responsive and it cleared up. A fantastic trip, we would go back here in a heartbeat!

Hi . We had a great stay . The space was very nice, perfectly laid out . Nothing was missing . We enjoyed being on the first floor with quick access to a nice patio and pool

Really nice property. It was really well furnished and well equipped. The property managers were on the ball and sent people over immediately to address a few things that needed attention. The location is really great.

Fantastic place to stay with an amazing pool! Nice and clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. Alejandro is a responsive host and a great communicator. It’s our second time staying in the same complex, and we will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

100% recommend!! This place is perfect for anyone but especially to those who choose to cook and stay in some nights as the place had a big grill and kitchen that was equipped with an abundance of dishware and appliances (waffle maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker)! This condo was incredibly spacious as it contained 2 full bathrooms both with beautiful architectural showers (A+ water pressure!) My parents loved their master bedroom and found it very comfortable. My brother and I stayed in the second bedroom w/ 2 twin beds and had no problems with it. Our condo was situated on the first floor- we were able to walk right out to the most beautiful, secluded, clear-watered pool. Even though this pool was shared, the majority of the time we had it all to ourselves as there weren’t many other occupants at this facility! The location of this place felt perfect to us. Playa Langosta was right across from us (less than a minute walk) and the bustling downtown was just a quick 5 min drive ❤️
