We loved our stay at Javielle Luxury villa! The villa was so nice and clean! It's just far enough from downtown San Ignacio that you don't hear any traffic noise, but close enough that all of our activities and restaurants were less than 10 minutes away. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. We really enjoyed the bathtub as well, it's a nice touch!

We absolutely loved our stay at Javiellie Luxury Villa. The location was perfect—close enough to San Ignacio for easy access to restaurants and adventures, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting that felt like a true escape. Waking up each morning to incredible bird watching was one of the highlights of our trip, especially seeing flocks of wild parrots flying overhead. The views are breathtaking, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The villa is an excellent place to spend several days exploring the surroundings of San Ignacio. It's even close to the border with Guatemala, so you can go to Tikal. The villa has everything you need to make your stay extraordinary. You have a very nice swimming lane, a barbecue area, and from the villa or the roof garden you have incredible views of the jungle, in addition to having very comfortable chairs for relaxing. Everything works perfectly, comfortable beds, a wonderful terrace and an unbeatable view of the jungle from your bed! The service we received from Frankie was extraordinary. He was always attentive to our needs, and he also offered us various tours at a very good price with all-inclusive services (lunch, park tickets, transportation, knowledgeable guides on Mayan, Belizean and Guatemalan culture who are also very flexible). I recommend the Javiellie Luxury villa. If I return to San Ignacio, I will definitely stay at this villa again.

La villa es un lugar excelente para pasar varios días descubriendo los alrededor de San Ignacio, incluso cerca de la frontera con Guatemala para ir a Tikal. La villa cuenta con todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sean extraordinaria, tienes un carril de nado muy agradable, zona de asador y desde la villa o el roof garden tienes vistas increíbles de la selva, ademas de contar con sillas muy cómodas para descansar. Todo funciona a la perfección, camas cómodas, terraza maravillosa y una vista insuperable desde tu cama a la selva! La atención que recibimos de Frankie fue extraordinaria, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, ademas nos ofreció diversos tour a muy buen precio y con servicios que te incluyen todo (almuerzo, entradas a los parques, transporte, guías conocedores de la cultura maya, de Belice y Guatemalas, quienes ademas son muy flexibles), recomiendo la villa Javiellie Luxury, sin duda si regreso a San Ignacio volveré a hospedarme en esta villa.

Beautiful getaway. Centrally located for all your jungle adventure. Pool was great and tub was a bonus. Lots of wildlife viewings too.

Great stay in San Ignacio as a central location for the mainland activities we enjoyed in Belize. We had quite a few pieces of luggage between the two of us, but the spacious closet allowed us to have them tucked away and not in the middle of the cozy studio room. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, beautiful views very well thought out design. Great place to relax we only left there to go eat. There was no other reason for us to leave.

We booked a last minute trip and so glad we chose to stay here.  The unit looked just like the pictures. The views are wonderful and it was nice being outside of town but close to everything we wanted to do. Frankie connected us with a great place to go horseback riding. He was also very responsive to messages once we arrived. Looking forward to coming back again for another getaway!

Amazing view, great host and location. Quick replies to anything we needed and the local reccomended taxi Teddy was such an amazing human! really knowledgable and made our trip complete.

This place is awesome!  The modern design, the ease of living, the attentive owners, and the whole experience was outstanding. The location is perfect and the included coffee, kitchenette, wonderful sliding doors that opens the whole place to the nature right outside was so perfect. But the best part may have been the chairs they have on the top of the roof  for star gazing at night. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

great location and lovely amenities. the kids loved the pool and we were able to bbq the one night we were there. view is nice and room very comfortable! a real king size bed!

I loved the Sky Loft! It’s a short 6 min drive to both adjacent towns. The room had all the amenities you can think of. Room was super clean and comfortable. And how could I forget, the view was breathtaking; both for sunset and sunrise!

Beautiful view, clean and cute. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location if you want to do your own excursions to the Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Also,  if you like bird watching, you'll like this place.

We loved staying here and highly recommend it! The location is so beautiful and peaceful. It felt like we were staying in a tropical tree house! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — kitchenette with thoughtful amenities, great hot showers and AC. Plus a jacuzzi tub and nice pool area for our lounging days! we had a blast. the bath tub was great, we cooked almost every day comfortably, had coffee on the balcony and watched parrots fly. magical experience 10/10 recommend. only 7 mins outside of town, perfect location.

Great stay for a few days of relaxation. All amenities available to relax and unwind. Nice hot tub and swimming pool. Well out of the center, so pretty remote.

Geweldig verblijf voor een aantal dagen ontspanning. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Fijn bubbelbad en zwembad. Wel uit het centrum, dus vrij afgelegen.

Place was awesome! Javiellie was very attentive and made sure we got a ride by him personally when there was no taxis available although the numbers he left for taxis were very helpful. Views were amazing and i loved my stay would 110% stay again!

If you’re looking for a comfortable, well maintained friendly place to stay just slightly off the beaten path,(edge of town) you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

We had a truly incredible stay here. The sky loft and yoga deck above have stunning views of the surrounding jungle. It was obvious Frankie put a lot of love and care in making sure his guests are taken care of. From the epsom salts and candle left for the bath to the close communication, we were thoroughly impressed and grateful! The room was pristinely clean as well. The laundry downstairs and treadmill were also an added bonus that are rare in air bnbs, and greatly appreciated. We are so grateful we found this gem in San Ignacio. Thank you Frankie!

Quiet location out of town, approx 30-40 min walk but best to walk in the day time only. Around $10 USD in a taxi from town. Can flag these from the street or use the welcome booklet to find taxi info. Apartment worked well for 2 people. Great nature views with big windows in the apartment, large private balcony and access to the sky deck (shared with the other apartment in the villa). Pool was a good size also and offered a refreshing dip. Bed was comfortable and woke to the sound of the birds. The host was responsive - helped us with an arrival transfer from BZE and local recommendations.

What a great find.The property was pristine, the amenities were amazing, and the location is perfect. And those views!! The owner provided detailed instructions and was quick to respond and answer questions. He went out of his way to ensure our service dog was right at home, and even helped us figure out which sites we could visit. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend to others looking to explore San Ignacio and Cayo. The value, amenities, view, and host cannot be beat!!!

Loved staying at Javiellie Luxury Villa, Sky Loft was very clean and comfortable. Truly Enjoyed the Serene View and the fact that we were able to walk to a restaurant. After the 3rd time eating at the restaurant they struck out, meaning that we weren’t please at all with the cook nor the server. But Frankie was Extremely Kind !

Beautiful villa, just as pictured.  Very private and peaceful. We were traveling with our tiny maltipoo and the property is pet friendly, which was a huge plus. We definitely recommend.

This place is amazing. The host was super responsive and helpful. Whenever we needed help, he helped. Taxis, food, areas to explore, everything. Side note: this place is a 5 min drive/30 min walk away from san Ignacio, which could seem bad thing, but it’s situated perfectly. Far enough from the town so you aren’t woken by noice, but close enough so you can wake up to a nice town with amazing people. The bathroom was super clean as well. And the bathtub was amazing. A really really nice place.

Heaven on Earth. Very private but also close to good restaurants and resorts. Everything there is to do in San Ignacio is off the same highway that this unit is on. Very convenient. Had the whole town and directions memorized in the first day. Sky deck gave incredible views of the surrounding area and jungle. Pool was very clean and private. AC worked great. Nice shower. Spa tub in unit worked great. Frankie was very kind and pleasant to speak with in person and on phone. 10/10 all around.
