We loved this property. We were 2 adults and a child staying here for 3 nights. Close to everything- walkable (6 min) to the beach, plenty of food options (we ate at Rosie’s Tica Soda everyday for breakfast and highly recommend). We were 3 minutes from our surf lessons at Nosara CR Surf School and they were great. The pool is steps from your patio and it’s great for kids. Would book again.

We were very pleased with our booking. The villa is clean and is laid out well. The landscaping is gorgeous. It’s a short walk to the beach. We would love to stay again.

Perfect location between Sendero & Igauana, and near the Beach Break. Nice complex, pool and BBQ area was very pleasant. Decor feels a bit dated, which is just my personal leaning.

Susan’s place was in a perfect location in Nosara. The town is already extremely safe but it was even better having a gated villa and part time security there. Plenty of parking space for golf carts / ATVs. The pool was also very relaxing and the place was extremely clean. Would 100% stay here if i visit again. Amazing place!

Susan’s place is awesome. Amazing location. The Beach Break restaurant across the street has great food. Super walkable area with so many great places to eat and get drinks. Check out the Seekret (their name) gelato place behind Olivia’s pizza…and their pizza is awesome. Incredible surfing just a short walk to the beach. The beds, AC, kitchen were all great. Our kids loved the pool. We’re definitely coming back!

Wonderful unit. Plenty of room, larger than expected. Clean and comfortable. Very private. Pool and surf board storage was great. Walkable to beach and restaurants, downtown. Highly recommend!
