"Hermoso Depa" is situated within La Isla Residences & Spa, the most complete and sought-after condominium in Acapulco Diamante. The property offers access to a private beach and is conveniently located just minutes from the airport, close to restaurants and all essentials for a relaxing vacation, romantic weekend, or a restful getaway.

The apartment is fully equipped to provide a comfortable, home-like experience. It features:

• High-speed WiFi, ideal for blending work and leisure
• Smart TVs in both bedrooms (45” and 50”) and the living room, with TOTAL PLAY and access to streaming platforms including Pluto TV
• A fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, toaster, stove, knives, cutting boards, storage containers, and crockery
• Personal toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper
• Bath and pool towels
• Hotel-style beds with comfortable pillows, sheets, and light duvets

The apartment is tastefully decorated with luxury finishes and offers excellent views to enhance your stay.

Early check-in (10:00 AM) and late check-out (4:00 PM) are available for an additional fee of $700 each, subject to availability and no same-day guest turnover.

Daily cleaning service is available upon request. A cook can also be arranged at an extra cost.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome under the following conditions:

• Only one small to medium breed dog per stay (maximum weight 12 kg)
• Fee of $500 per night per dog
• A refundable deposit of $2000 is required, returned 24 hours after departure once the cleaning staff confirms no damage
• Guests are asked to prevent accidents by taking their dog outside frequently and to avoid using the apartment’s mop for pet-related cleaning
• Guests must bring necessary pet supplies such as wet wipes, bed, food and water bowls, and waste bags
• Owners are responsible for their pets and must follow the provided pet rules

Guests have access to a variety of facilities and services, including:

• Internal transportation via golf carts, including a dedicated cart for the tower for faster transfers
• Jacuzzi by the beach
• Private beach with lounge furniture at no extra charge
• Water slides and water parks for children
• Beachfront restaurant
• Club House cafeteria
• Snack bar near the pools

Please monitor weather conditions as the beach may be affected by sea phenomena. The condominium also offers over seven pools and additional amenities for your enjoyment.

• A cash deposit of $5000 is required upon arrival, with a receipt provided for check-in

Condominium and House Rules

1. Use the provided key card at the entrance to activate electricity, including air conditioning. Remove it when leaving to conserve energy. The refrigerator remains powered continuously.
2. Upon arrival, review and sign the inventory list, then send a photo via Airbnb or WhatsApp. Failure to do so implies agreement.
3. Do not hang clothes or towels on terrace railings or outdoor furniture; a folding clothesline is provided.
4. Grills are not permitted.
5. Only registered guests and authorized personnel may access the apartment and condominium; visitors and outside service staff are prohibited.
6. Parties and events are not allowed.
7. Housekeeping is included every third day for towel changes and laundry assistance. Daily cleaning is available at an additional cost. Only the designated cleaning staff may enter the apartment for security reasons.
8. Wear the condominium wristband at all times to use amenities.
9. Food, drinks, ice makers, and glass containers are prohibited in pool areas but coolers are allowed on the beach.
10. All purchases within the condominium are made using a Consumer Card issued at tower reception. The card can be reloaded on-site.
11. A shoe rack is provided at the apartment entrance to keep sand out.
12. The private beach offers golf cart service from the tower reception, with a waiting station near the restaurant for returns. The tower has its own trolley. Beach amenities such as awnings, lounge chairs, and hammocks are free of charge. Massage services are available on the beach.
13. Poolside restaurant and snack bar prices are reasonable. Guides for dining and island attractions are included in the listing.
14. Report any damage or accidents involving mattresses, chairs, or furniture. Avoid sitting on wet or stained surfaces.
