The villa is absolutely amazing and Fransisco was a fantastic host! He was so friendly and helpful with everything. We stayed there for a month and loved it. We had our two daughters 3 and 5 years and the swimming pool and garden was a highlight for them (and us). Really close to Tamarindo with a car. You can even walk to grocery stores/restaurants in Villareal if you dont feel like driving. Do not hesitate to book!

A beautiful house, very comfortable and with everything you need. The location is good if you have a car because you can get to the nearby beaches. Very close to supermarkets. The place where it is located is very safe and quiet, a perfect place for family vacations!

Una casa hermosa, muy cómoda y con todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es buena si está en carro porque uno puede movilizarse a las playas cercana, muy cerca de supermercados El lugar donde está es muy seguro y tranquilo, un lugar perfecto para vacacionar en familia!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. During our visit, we experienced a few issues with water leaks inside some of the bedrooms due to heavy rain. Francisco was very responsive and did his best to address the problem by sending a maintenance person, but the unusually strong rainfall caused the leaks to continue. Despite this, Francisco was extremely helpful throughout our stay and was attentive to our concerns. He even replaced the shower head in the master bedroom to improve our experience. We appreciated his efforts and communication. The home itself is lovely, and with the leak issue resolved, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Amazing place, even better than what you see in the photos... The house is amazing, big, and spacious. It is very close to Tamarindo, so it is very easy to find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, go to different beaches, everything you need... The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious... We were a group of 6 people, and we had a great time. Francisco was very willing to help; he always responded quickly, and he even let us know that the house was ready before check-in time, in case we wanted to check in earlier. He also got us a spare gas cylinder for the grill, immediately after we requested it.

Increíble lugar, aún mejor que como se ve en las fotos... La casa increíble, grande y espaciosa. Está muy cerca de Tamarindo, por lo que es muy fácil conseguir supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, ir a diferentes playas, todo lo necesario... Las camas super cómodas, los cuartos y baños espaciosos... Fuimos un grupo de 6 personas y la pasamos muy bien. Francisco estuvo muy anuente a ayudar, siempre respondía rápido, incluso nos avisó que la casa estaba lista antes de la hora del check-in, por si queríamos entrar antes. Además nos consiguió un cilindro de gas de repuesto para la parrilla, inmediatamente después de que lo solicitamos.

There were 4 of us, colleagues, and we used the house for remote work in the morning and activities in the afternoon. It was perfect; we were also close to everything, and we were able to cook ourselves some great meals! It was perfect for an innovative work retreat :) Thank you, Francisco

Francisco is one of the BEST Airbnb host I have encountered. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately! The Airbnb is in a great location with a short drive to Tamarindo beach and absolutely love how secure it felt staying there. Check in was super easy and the Airbnb was so beautiful and clean! Fully equipped kitchen and many towels. No issues at all during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Everything really is just like you'll see in the pictures! Really a perfect place to go with little ones. We went with our 5-year-old and 1-year-old; very comfortable, the pool is clean, and it’s the perfect depth for swimming! Everything in the house is really nice, and something perfect about Tamarindo is that it’s close to all the beaches: Tamarindo Beach (10 min), Flamingo Beach (20 min), Playa Grande (15 min), and close to restaurants and cafés, with the peace and privacy of not being in the center. So at night, it's really quiet, peaceful, and you have a great view of the stars! We even saw satellites and monkeys!

Todo realmente es como se ve en las fotos! Realmente un lugar perfecto para ir con chiquitos. Fuimos con nuestros de 5 años y 1 año, muy cómodo, la piscina es limpia y una perfecta profundidad para nadar! Realmente todo en la casa es lindo y algo perfecto para tamarindo es que está cerca de todas las playas: playa tamarindo (10 min) , playa flamingo (20 min), playa grande (15 min) y cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías con la tranquilidad y privacidad de no estar en el centro. Entonces realmente en la noche es muy tranquilo, silencioso, gran vista a las estrellas! Hasta satélites y monos vimos!

We had a great time at Francisco's! The house is really pleasant to live in and very well located, in a private and well-guarded subdivision. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Francisco was very available and very responsive to our needs. I would recommend it without a second thought! Thank you

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Francisco! La maison est vraiment agréable a vivre et tres bien située, dans un lotissement privé et bien gardé. Les lits sont tres confortables et  la cuisine tres bien équipée. Francisco a ete tres disponible et tres réactif pour repondre a nos besoins. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci

Great house for large group. Approximately 15 minutes from Tamarindo and all the shops. Would definitely stay again. Francisco was amazing and very communicative.

The house was super nice and very clean! I was there with the family and totally enjoyed the stay. During the day we often stayed at home, used the pool, grilled and enjoyed the great weather – really everything was great! Communication with Francisco was also straightforward and very friendly. Das Haus war super schön und sehr sauber! Ich war mit der Familie dort und haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Tagsüber sind wir oft zu Hause geblieben, haben den Pool genutzt, gegrillt und das tolle Wetter genossen – wirklich alles top! The house is as described in a very secluded location. We enjoyed the pool and the garden area. Perfect for relaxation after the beach. You do have to drive to Tamarindo but it’s very close 10 minutes. Great stay, a bit to short!! Hasta la próxima.

Absolutely stunning villa!! We had an absolute blast at this gorgeous home. Francisco really outdid himself with the design and amenities. Favourite part was being able to open all the sliding doors and take in the beautiful scenery. 10/10 would recommend !

Honestly this place was amazing and we would re-book again. The place was clean had a lot space even too much for a group of 3. The only thing that was a slight problem was losing Internet connection in the first bedroom.Besides that it was really great place to stay and your not to far from the main attraction in tamarindo.

Francisco was an amazing host. Not only did he respond quickly, he was also very kind. He stopped by the day of check in to put in a brand new shower head for one of the bathrooms because the cleaning crew had let him know the old one was messed up. He answered any and all questions I had and made sure I felt at home. The house is in a gated community and the neighbors are very kind. There were chickens and kittens (they belong to the neighbor across the street) that’d pass by, the cats were so sweet and loving it made the stay 10x better. The house was very clean, everything that we needed was there. 2 minute drive from groceries store and a quick 15 minute drive to get to tamarindo. Id definitely book again with Francisco, the house was so beautiful on the inside and out!

The home is beautiful and spacious. 3 rooms in the main house and a lovely casita with its own full bathroom. It was six of us and the home had plenty of space. The property is located in a community that has 24hrs security checking you in and out so you feel safe. We were about 15 min away from PlayaTamarindo, 30 from Playa Flamingo and Conchal. We had a couple grocery store just a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place!

the place was gorgeous and the perfect fit for our getaway. The pool room was so cool! We loved the exposed wood at the place. Ofc being in a tropical environment bug friends are inventible but after you get them back to their outdoor lives you’re all good to go 🧡 Francisco was great with communication and details. If I make my way back I’d love to stay again.

The home was as pictured and absolutely beautiful. The AC was not functioning in living room but Franc had this replaced immediately. The home is in a great location and was comfortable for our group of four. We were able to relax and unwind in the pool and all the great spaces throughout. I would highly recommend.

This home was beautiful, such an amazing space . My family and I enjoyed our time. We were not aware that the air conditioner in the living room leaked water while in use. Which made the space really hot luckily the sliding doors allowed for a breeze, but it was still pretty hot. Overall great space!

Our stay at Francisco’s Airbnb was wonderful! The house was clean and well-maintained. Francisco was incredibly polite and hospitable, providing recommendations, trusted services, and helpful tips on transportation, restaurants, and groceries. The location was great—just a 10-minute drive from the Tamarindo strip, with security, so we felt safe. We walked to nearby stores and ate at local sodas, especially Las Palmas, where the staff was incredibly welcoming despite the language barrier. While walkable, the path inside the premises was long and too hot to do midday. Also, ants came out at night. They looked like fire ants, but we weren’t bitten. Francisco promptly fixed the hot water issue and explained the ants were normal in tropical areas. Bring bug spray! Overall, the stay was amazing, and the house was fantastic. We’d definitely book with Francisco again. Pura Vida!

There were seven of us and we all loved it.  The very spacious and comfortable villa was very clean upon arrival with a pool and very well maintained grounds.  Francisco always responded to my messages really fast.  Nice communication. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Also very easy to get to Tamarindo by car.

Nous étions sept et avons tous adoré.  La villa très spacieuse et confortable était très propre à notre arrivée avec une piscine et un terrain très bien entretenu.  Francisco a toujours répondu très rapidememt à mes messages.  Belle communication.  Beaucoup d'épiceries et reataurants à proximité. Aussi très facile de se rendre à Tamarindo en voiture.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Naim. The house is brand new, really comfortable, and perfect location. Felt really safe in a gated community, my family was able to enjoy Tamarindo just a short drive from the house. Francisco helped us with some great restaurants in the Area. Definetly would come back, thanks.
