Santa Teresa Surf Villa Sea View & Private Pool

We stayed for three nights in early April. The property was perfect and in a resort-style setup - it was spacious and had everything you'd need to feel right at home. The beds were super comfy and the indoor-outdoor bathrooms awesome. We used the kitchen, which was well equipped quite a bit, and also the pool. Louis was phenomenal and went out of his way to make us feel at home - including sharing really handy insider tips for Santa Teresa. Thank you! Note that you will need a proper 4x4 to access the property as the road is steep, gravel, and has potholes. Water pressure in the shower is low, but this seems to be the case in most secluded properties, and there is no washing machine.

Fantastisk smuk og eksklusiv villa, i private og rolige omgivelser med naturen helt tæt på. Ejeren Louis var en femstjernet vært. super betænksom som tog varmt imod os ved boligen og kom på besøg da vi havde brug for hjælp. Louis havde super gode anbefalinger til området og gjorde vores ophold endnu bedre. Vi elskede poolen, og at vi kunne lave mad hjemme. Meget veludstyret køkken. Super gode senge og den smukkeste udsigt at vågne til. Nemt at nå til byen og til stranden på 5 minutter i bil, gode restauranter og frokoststeder. Vi elskede boligen og vil anbefale til familier eller par som rejser sammen.

Louis and his home were incredible. We had an amazing time. The home was clean, private, quiet, and we had the nicest time- we will certainly be coming back again!

Top 3 trip of all time! The villa is beautiful, safe, quiet away from the noise of Santa Teresa main drag, but close enough to get there quickly and easily. As description and other reviews say: 4x4 is needed as the last stretch of driveway is very steep. Most notable is how helpful Louis is: I've never contacted a host as much as we did here. He set us up with taxi from Cóbano airport to the house, had ATV rental dropped off to meet us, arranged surf lessons and board rental for me and daughter, plus many other suggestions throughout the week. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay in Louis villa. The place is well taken care off, and nicely hidden in the woods. Lots of animals that come right to the front porch including Toucans, howler monkeys, hummingbirds and iguanas. The pool is awesome, perfect refreshment at any time of the day. Louis was very responsive whenever we needed something and made the stay very smooth.

Beautiful place, Louis is a wonderful host. The dirt road up the hill is very difficult to drive, not ideal but with an ATV it was ok. Otherwise the place was great beautiful design, just a lot of bugs as it’s the jungle. Would definitely stay here again, Louis was very warm and welcoming.

We had the most unforgettable time at Louis’. The house is stunning, surrounded by nature, super comfortable and with everything you need. The location is superb - close to the best beaches, restaurants and shops. What stood out from staying at Louis was Louis himself and his son Manoa - the best local guides you could wish for. They suggested the most incredible of experiences for us and sorted absolutely everything for us - whether surfing lessons, boat tours, restaurants, hiring of ATVs to see the waterfalls in the jungle… Manoa was the most wonderful of guides. I would recommend to anyone and we will most likely come back and stay at Louis again.

Wat een fantastische plek! Wat hebben wij intens genoten van ons verblijf hier. Huis is met veel zorg en liefde ontworpen en ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, eigenlijk meer dan dat. Louis en zijn vrouw zijn een super host, reageren direct op vragen en zijn zeer behulpzaam. Het strand is ook heel dichtbij en het surfen hier is top! Wij hadden langer willen blijven!
