The house is beautiful and they make a big effort to support you before you arrive, communicate early and Antoine supported us in planning an amazing trip (recommendations for car rentals, bike rentals etc). Kitchen has everything you need and it‘s quiet and private around the house. They even supported us in booking affordable transportations. Downside was the washing machine was not working but they picked up our clothes and brought it to the laundry and back for free. And they promised a daily cleaning but only came 3/6 times. And the location tag in the airbnb was wrong in the airbnb listing but correct in the welcome letter (this one was our mistake for not verifying correctly beforehand). Overall amazing experience and I would recommend

Paco and Alain were very responsive and helpful! At one point there was trouble with the toilet and washing machine, their team handled this immediately to make sure our stay was enjoyable!!! Road is a bit bumpy to get there though, but it looks like that may be solved over the next couple of years

Muy buen lugar, esta muy cómodo y disfrutamos mucho con la familia. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos y con disposición de ayudarnos y hacer que nuestra estadía sea muy cómoda. Mohamed nos ayudo mucho, de verdad gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía tan buena! Muy recomendado el lugar, esta muy bien ubicado, los cuartos y todo muy bonito y cómodo. Volveriamos sin dudarlo, si esta muy lindo el lugar!!

Nous avons séjourné à Casa Santo en groupe de 6 et c’était tout simplement incroyable. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, et d’ailleurs, les photos ne lui rendent pas service : spacieuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée pour profiter pleinement de Tulum. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. La plage à proximité est un vrai luxe accessible en quelques minutes de voiture, eau turquoise, ambiance paisible, et pas d’algue! Mention spéciale pour le personnel, d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider pour que tout soit parfait. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été fluide et relaxant du début à la fin. Casa Santo est sans hésiter l’une des meilleures villas où nous avons eu la chance de séjourner. Nous recommandons à 100 %. P.S : Arriba Carlos les piments 😂

Casa Santo est un véritable bijou ! La maison est magnifique, l’hôte réactif, et le chef nous a régaler un vrai délice pour les papilles. Nous trouvons la maison idéalement placé, 5 minutes du centre ville, 5 minutes des plages, c’est vraiment le mix parfait et facile d’accès avec la grande route goudronnée. Le seul petit défaut : les moustiques le soir ça fait mal, de notre faute, sans produits 😂

Casa Santo est un lieu superbe : décoration sublime, ambiance paisible et hôte extrêmement réactif, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La visite du cenote à proximité est un vrai plus, une expérience magique ! Le seul petit bémol vraiment insignifiant serait un éclairage extérieur où on peut maîtriser l’intensité le soir. Mais honnêtement, le séjour reste exceptionnel.

Amazing immaculate home in the heart of the Tulum jungle! Very peaceful surroundings with beautiful furnishings and interior and the spectacular pool was a bonus! Very responsive hosts who were easily reachable at any time day or night! I wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time I’m in Tulum!

FLOORED by the attention to detail and assistance provided during our stay! If we had any questions please or concerns, they were immediately addressed. Truly appreciate the staff! It was hard to leave. The pool is SUCH A GEM! Be sure to have some evening swims; you won’t regret it! The big beautiful door and the layout of the kitchen and dinning space was brilliant. It’s indeed a mood!

I had an amazing stay at Elegante Casa Santos in Tulum! The property is absolutely beautiful, stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail of the space made it feel both elegant and comfortable, the perfect place to relax after exploring Tulum. A special mention to the concierge, Max, who made our stay even better. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed from recommendations to making sure we felt at home. His hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend Elegante Casa Santos to anyone visiting Tulum. Between the gorgeous setting and the outstanding service, it truly exceeded my expectations.
