Nous avons logé dans une maison juste à côté de celle prévue initialement, avec un très bon confort. La rivière juste pour nous avec des bassins d’eau fraîche ainsi que la cascade à 10 mn à pieds étaient un environnement magnifique et si paisible. La grande terrasse est un grand plus pour vivre à l’aise. Merci pour votre gentillesse Ruben.

El sitio es realmente un sueño. lo describiría como un river front, excedió con creces nuestras expectativas. Un lugar ideal para quiénes aman la naturaleza, el senderismo, los pájaros y la tranquilidad.

He visitado muchas cabañas para descansar y esta fue la mejor, el sonido constante del río me dió mucha paz. He dormido con la ventana abierta escuchando los sonidos del bosque y me sentí seguro y libre. Fui al río y literal, era yo y la naturaleza disfrutando ese momento tan rico. El anfitrión Rubén👍un 20 de 10,siempre disponible para las consultas. Buen Internet, buen TV, y agua caliente para la ducha me hizo sentir como que estaba en un 5 estrellas. Me gusta cocinar así que aproveché el espacio y los utensilios para preparar una pasta italiana Pomodoro. Volveré muchas veces, lo prometo. Gracias Rubén, y felicidades por tener un espacio mágico para descansar.

El lugar muy cómodo y seguro, cuenta con lo necesario para relajarse y para una buena estancia, Ruben super atento y responde rápido ante cualquier consulta o necesidad. El lugar muy limpio y la ropa de cama huele demasiado rico se nota la limpieza. Recomendado al 100

Un lugar lejos del ruido, rodeado de naturaleza. La cabaña cuenta con lo básico para pasar un tiempo cómodo y en paz

Costa Rica is more than just beaches & surfing. Ruben’s mountain cabin has beautiful views, a private “eco-spa” in the stream, and a swimming hole nearby, fruit trees, and birds of all kinds including Toucans. It’s a short walk to the market and bus stops, a 15 min trip to San Isidro by car or taxi, and a half-hour to Dominical. Days are hot and it gets cool at night, and it is always quiet, just the sounds of nature - reminds me of being at a cottage in Canada in summer.

Our month-long stay at Ruben’s cabaña was magical. We loved the private, tranquil outdoor setting, surrounded by nature and beauty. The birds and wildlife were spectacular, walking around the neighborhood and surrounding area was breathtaking, the river is beautiful. The cabin itself had everything we needed, the kitchen is full of appliances, the bedroom was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot! And the living space on the balcony was dreamy, day and night. Don’t pass up the opportunity to spend time here, it’s a gem of a place!

Great value for the price! Well equipped kitchen, excellent WiFi, beautiful views, charming night lights around the patio, refreshing creek to soak in, comfortable beds. We will definitely return on our next visit to this area.
