The Space

Villa Ines is a private residence with an additional guest house, ideal for groups seeking extra privacy. Located behind a secure gate with covered parking, this property has been transformed into a beautiful vacation rental perfect for families or groups traveling together.

The main house features five bedrooms arranged around a spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen—an excellent layout for socializing and entertaining.

The guest house includes two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bedroom in both the main house and guest house has its own private bathroom.

Comfort and Amenities

• Luxury linens and high-quality mattresses ensure exceptional sleeping comfort.
• Bathrooms are stocked with plush bath towels and pool/beach towels.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and modern dishes, cookware, and silverware.
• Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

• Daily maid service provided free of charge, except on Sundays.

Capacity and Policies

• The main house accommodates up to 10 guests.
• The guest house sleeps up to 6 guests.
• For groups exceeding 10 people, there is an additional charge of $35 per person per night.
• The maximum occupancy for the entire property is 15 guests.
