The property features five private, luxurious bedrooms spread across four separate buildings, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Guests can enjoy watching monkeys or relaxing by the pool, embracing outdoor living in this distinctive private resort.

The Space

This unique estate is ideal for five couples or families traveling with children. The four separate units provide privacy for all guests, while a central hall serves as a communal space for meals and socializing. All buildings encircle a central swimming pool.

In addition to the main kitchen, two of the units include their own mini kitchens equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The entire property is exclusively available to guests, whether your group consists of four or ten people, making it your private resort.

The Wi-Fi system has been upgraded to a mesh Wi-Fi 6 network, ensuring coverage throughout the property.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all four buildings and the pool area. The grounds offer ample space to explore a variety of plants and trees. You can observe howler monkeys, parrots, and iguanas in their natural habitat.

Spend your days lounging by the pool or take a stroll along the eight-kilometer beach. The waves are excellent for surfing, and surfboard rentals and lessons are available upon request.

For families with young children, a large air mattress is provided, allowing the property to accommodate up to ten adults and two children comfortably.

The villa is located a two-minute walk from a boat launch that offers a quick ride to Tamarindo. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. Across the road, you will find a bar and restaurant, adding convenience without compromising privacy.

There are no immediate neighbors, so guests can enjoy a peaceful and private environment.
