Villa Tovar Tulum: Private Pool & Starlink WiFi

The house is very nice and functional. Having a bathroom in every bedroom is great. The kitchen is nice and the dining area is fine. The patio and pool are very nice and comfortable. Guillermo responds within an hour to any query, and he quickly took care of anything that needed attention. The welcome guide to the home provides much valuable information about the area. The house is in a “gated” community a couple kilometers off a highway. The staff were always available, and were nice and friendly. The road from the highway to the house is unpaved and rough. This requires driving slowly, which seems to be accounted for in the times to local points of interest in the welcome guide. Two people in our party can get motion sickness, and this made trips in and out unpleasant. A taxi drove slower than walking on the road, and one InDrive driver refused to come to the house when he reached the road. This is a secondary issue for sure, but it would have been good to know.

Oczekiwałem europejskich standardów i te przerosły moje oczekiwania. Było poprostu wspaniale ! Zawsze świeża zimna woda i lód prosto z lodówki , bliskość sklepów , wspaniałe osiedle ze wspaniałymi ludźmi którzy je ochraniają ! Bliskość cenotów i natury ! Do tulum parę kilometrów autem. Wracam tu za rok napewno !

Beautiful villa, exactly as described!. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again. The host was very responsive and accommodated all our concerns. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the Tulum area. We were a large family group of 11, including children, and the place was perfect for us. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The kids really enjoyed the space, and as adults we appreciated the comfort and the calm atmosphere. The location was convenient for getting around Tulum while still feeling private and relaxed. Communication with the host was excellent, always responsive and helpful. We truly recommend this place for large families or groups traveling with children. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here with a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. A very pretty and peaceful location that is a bit of a drive, but much better than being in the center of Tulum. We loved the living room for hanging out.

We had a fantastic day in Villa Tovar. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded up a dirt road that is easy to navigate. It was close to many sites and not far from downtown. It was nice to be in the quiet and have lots of room. Guillermo was very responsive and always helped us out when we needed something. I hope to come back and stay again!

La casa muy linda, amplia, cómoda, bien equipada y todo funcionaba muy bien, el A/A Perfecto, agua caliente sin problemas, muchas toallas a disposición y además los anfitriones son buenísimos, siempre atentos y amables, responden muy rápido a cualquier pregunta. Solo hay que estar consientes que la zona está alejada de tulum aprox 15-20min y no hay nada al rededor pero está muy bonita el área.
