Casa Beratna is a charming residence showcasing modern architectural design in Manuel Antonio. Nestled within the Costa Rican rainforest and refreshed by coastal breezes, this home offers a peaceful retreat where guests can observe local wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds.
Centrally situated, the property provides easy access to the main beach and national park, both just an 8-minute drive away. The town of Quepos and Pez Vela Marina are also conveniently reachable within 8 minutes.

The Space
The house features an open floor plan that maximizes natural light and fosters a strong connection with the tropical surroundings. The central kitchen and living area open onto a covered outdoor deck, offering a bird’s-eye view of the environment—ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.
There are two bedrooms of equal size: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the living area.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and tranquility of the area, as well as the local wildlife.

Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful house , right in the heart of the rainforest and beautiful balcony. I would definitely come back and share with friends.

Apartamento muy ordenado y bien situado. Tiene cerca el parque Manuel Antonio y sitios donde comer cerca. No obstante, la cama de una de las habitaciones debería ser cambiada ya que se notan todos los muelles. También encontramos bichos dentro de la casa al llegar, pero eso entendemos que es parte de Costa Rica ya que el apartarmento estaba limpio cuando llegamos.

La casa fue muy cómoda, bien equipada, grande y con buena distribución. Alejada de la ruta principal, si bien no fue difícil llegar no cualquier auto puede andar por ese camino. En cuanto a la host fue difícil la comunicación, no estaba nunca disponible y las instrucciones fueron poco claras. En general fue una linda estadía dado que la casa es muy linda y cómoda pero en un lugar alejado, no tan accesible para cualquier auto y con una comunicación para nada fluida.

Good place in Manuel Antonio, we saw lots of wild life directly from the balcony. Close to beaches, restaurants and MA Park!

This house was perfect for our needs. Very nice. Very clean. The host provided very clear instruction so it was easy to find and enter. Would absolutely stay here again.

La casa contaba con todas las comodidades posibles, cocina muy bien equipada; cuartos amplios y limpios y en general la casa muy bien organizada.
