Our place is in the best location of The Marina, the greates views, and lot of restaurants, shops and water activities. You’ll love our place, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and those looking to enjoy some time off. Great Place to Stay for Sports Fishermen, Divers, and those that love the water! The space The patio has two comfy loungers, a dining table with seating for 4, and a large umbrella for shade so you can sit back and enjoy the fabulous marina view. Whether the sun is setting/rising or the boats are coming in the view will not disappoint. The kitchen is equipped with a cook top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a breakfast bar. There is an additional mini fridge located in the common space and just a few steps outside of the kitchen. The living area is open to the kitchen and is perfect for watching tv or just lounging around. There is a flat screen television and wireless speaker for your enjoyment as well. In the common space there are two comfy rocking chairs and one large couch. The couch is a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room and kitchen area have their own A/C controls located in the kitchen. There is also a spacious desk/workplace if needed where you can bring your laptop and work remotely. Bedroom #1 has access through a sliding door to the patio area. There is a king sized bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower. For storage, there are two nightstands, a dresser, and closet. Bedroom #1 has a ceiling fan and its own A/C controls. Bedroom #2 also has a large King Bed. For storage, there are two nightstands, a dresser, and a closet. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and its own A/C controls in the room. Casa Catita is centrally located and is within walking distance to all the popular restaurants, bars, and major attractions in los Cabos. Shopping is also convenient either at the local Mexican markets or the Puerto Paraiso Mall. Tours, excursions, fishing, and any other activity you'd like to do will be at your fingertips. Walking the marina you will find plenty of vendors offering excursions but I would highly recommend ask to our property manager who would be more than happy to help with advice, recommendations, and arrangements for pretty much any activity you would like to do. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole condo. Other things to note Parking is available for $50 per week. If you are interested in parking please just let me know while booking.
