We hope you will enjoy Cabo as much as we do. Our property is situated in the prime location of The Marina, offering some of the best views along with easy access to numerous restaurants, shops, and water activities. You’ll appreciate the outdoor space and the vibrant neighborhood.
This accommodation is ideal for couples, solo travelers, business visitors, families, and anyone looking to relax. It’s especially well-suited for sports fishermen, divers, and water enthusiasts.
The Space
The patio features:

Relax and take in the stunning marina views, whether at sunrise, sunset, or watching the boats come and go.

Additionally, there is a mini fridge located just outside the kitchen in the common area.
The living area is open to the kitchen, perfect for watching TV or relaxing. It offers:

- Queen-size sleeper sofa
The living room and kitchen have individual air conditioning controls located in the kitchen. A spacious desk/workspace is also available for remote work or laptop use.

Location
Casa Catita is centrally positioned within walking distance of popular restaurants, bars, and major attractions in Los Cabos. Shopping options include local Mexican markets and the Puerto Paraiso Mall.
Tours, excursions, fishing trips, and other activities are easily accessible. While walking the marina, you’ll find many vendors offering excursions, but we highly recommend consulting our property manager for advice, recommendations, and assistance with booking any activities you wish to enjoy.

I had the privilege of staying at Augusto’s condo this past weekend ! The Condo was perfect ! It’s in the middle of all the bars & Clubs. We were less than a 6 min walk to La Vaquita. I would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking when I’m back in town !

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Augusto's condo right on the Marina! The condo is spacious and could easily accommodate 2 couples. The outstanding ammenity is the large balcony that overlooks the marina. The interior is nicely decorated with comfortable surroundings, good couch and 2 rocking recliners. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics. There is a filter for drinkable water. We were provided with a few bottles of water and beer in the fridge which was a nice touch. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but if you don't enjoy a soft mattress that may be an issue. The bathrooms were a nice size and the showers had a rain shower head. The check in was a bit of an issue just being able to find the right place to go. Be aware that there are 2 buildings with "Tesoro" on it and the condo is in the building of "Hotel Tesoro" on Google Maps. You'll need to work to find the condo as it's a bit of a maze with minimal signage. Super helpful and very responsive host though!

You can't beat the location! Directly on the Marina where you can watch the boats come and go all day from the massive terrace. We probably spent more time on the terrace than we did out on the town, lol. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the newly opened "The Place at Cabo". There were a few beers and waters stocked in the fridge when we got there which were very much appreciated after a long travel day! The unit is very clean, but there was a little bit of sewer smell in both bathrooms. Both beds are on the firm side so a little uncomfortable for me, but fine if you're used to a firm bed. A/C isn't the greatest since it's evaporative not refrigerant based cooling, but we stayed comfortable enough. The back bedroom was MUCH cooler than the front. Very fast wifi, except out on the terrace where it drops to a crawl. Usually not a big deal, but I was trying to work from the terrace and had to go inside. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Nous n’avons séjourné que deux nuits mais c’est définitivement un WOW…!! La vue sur la marina est magnifique et le logement est pafait. La terrasse est très grande et bien aménagée.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's all about location. You can walk anywhere to eat, shop and get exercise! The marina has had many great updates! I would definitely recommend!!

This place is amazing. It is spacious, has a beautiful view and very comfortable. There are many great restaurants within easy walking distance and lots of shopping options. The beds are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice.

He was very helpful on arrival. Friendly. The place was as described. Some people have commented about the air-conditioning, but we thought it was great. But the main reason you come here is the view the view the view. If you like Marinas and watching extensive boat traffic until well after dark, this is the place. And I will applaud the size of the balcony which is huge. And a great big umbrella when you need shade. And my wife appreciated the washer and dryer.
