The top floor houses a master suite with a king-size bed, a beautiful palapa roof, and a balcony overlooking the sea. Also on the upper level is a second bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the main floor, offering a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a partial sea view.
Daily housekeeping and concierge services are included with your stay. Casa Bonita offers boutique hotel-style amenities, air conditioning, and nighttime security for your comfort and peace of mind.

This villa was perfection. You step right out to the beach, with a gorgeous pool just in front, and the on-site taco bar made lazy pool days effortless. It felt super private and serene, yet we could walk to amazing restaurants, bars, and clubs in minutes. The staff were wonderful — attentive but never intrusive — and every room felt like its own retreat. The main bedroom with the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was a dream. Our whole group loved it and we’d come back in a heartbeat! Also, checkout all the baby sea turtles hatching in the beach if it’s in season. So special.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. La maison est belle mais ne vaut pas le prix payé. Pas d’accueil, piscine partagée et non éclairée le soir, beaucoup d’insectes dans la maison (fourmis et cafards), plage pas baignable à cause des algues.

My family and I spent a week in Tulum and had a truly wonderful time. The entire team—from the concierge to the housekeeper to the on-property café staff—was exceptional: organized, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The home itself is thoughtfully set up for comfort and ease. Having a pool just steps from the ocean was an incredible bonus, and the daily cleaning service (including laundry help) made everything effortless. The location is also ideal—less than a 10-minute walk to restaurants, with plenty to do nearby. This is a great property for a family or for three couples traveling together. We’d happily stay here again.

The house is stunning and feels like an oasis. The pool is glorious though note that it is not private to the unit and is shared with several other nearby houses. The location of the house is great - easily walkable to fun and delicious restaurants, coffee shops, smoothie places, etc. The "taco shack" was convenient and delicious, as well. Overall a beautiful place to get away and enjoy Tulum.

This property is amazing! Our host, Chabely, was friendly, responsive, & informative. The onsite staff were courteous & friendly & kept the property looking marvelous. The onsite food spot was delicious & fresh. The view is gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay here & will be back. Would definitely recommend!!!
