• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; violations will incur cleaning fees.
• Parties and events are not permitted to maintain the property’s condition.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available when no same-day bookings occur.
• Home automation is installed: air conditioning turns off automatically if doors or windows remain open for more than 3 minutes.
• Each guest beyond a party of six incurs an additional fee of $25 per night.
• The apartment undergoes thorough cleaning and sanitization after each stay to ensure guest safety.
