We absolutely love this house and have now stayed here several times. It has truly become our home away from home whenever we are in Managua. The house is always clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we need for our family. The location is great, and we always feel comfortable and at home during our stay. The host has consistently been welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with. After four stays, we can confidently say we would recommend this home to anyone visiting Managua. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

We loved Leonel’s place. It was very lovely and felt right at home. The AC in the rooms are great and the WIFI is fast. Leonel is a great host and he is very responsive. The property is located very conveniently and a lot of choices to dine are with in a short drive. Also the security at the place is great. Felt super safe. I highly recommend his place if you are staying in Managua and exploring Nicaragua.

This is a beautiful large luxury home in a very safe gated community! The neighborhood is perfect. Within walking distance (300m) is a large shopping center (Plaza Once) with lots of restaurants. The house is beautiful, I was impressed, it exceeded my expectations. The host was very easy to communicate with. I will 100% be reserving this house again in the future when I return to Managua.

Don Leonel sumamente atento desde antes, durante y después. La casa impecable, el lugar accesible con comercios cercanos. Zona muy tranquila para hospedarse y privacidad del lugar era idóneo para descansar. Posiblemente volveremos a hospedarnos y una próxima vez. Super recomendado!

We had a wonderful stay at Leonel's house! It was perfect as we had multiple appointments at Pellas hospital and were able to come and go easily from the house and it was only a short drive away. The house is very clean and spacious, beds are comfy and the AC was cold. It is also in a gated community so we felt very safe. We also appreciated that it was just walking distance from Cafe Las Flores, Colonia and Playroom Max. I would definitely stay there again!

La casa está hermosa, incluso mejor de lo que esperábamos. Todo se veía exactamente igual a las fotos, muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. El ambiente es súper agradable y acogedor, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar la estadía. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Totalmente recomendado

This house was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. It was really big. There was a little confusion at first because they miscommunicated about how many people were coming and therefore the remotes to the air conditioner were locked up. My kids slept hot the first night. They resolved it and we absolutely loved the house. Make sure you communicate how many people are staying there so that they don't lock up the remotes to the AC!
