Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa except for the penthouse, which has a separate entrance. The basement is also available for storage and cleaning purposes.

Amazing experience at Cabo Bella! Jan’s place was as beautiful as advertised - incredible pool and hot tub, large rooms, pristine amenities, and tranquil outdoor areas. Our group found Jan and team to be very helpful, easy to communicate with, and a great host for the city of Cabo. We’ll be booking with Jan our next time in town! Thank you Jan!

This was the best Airbnb we could have asked for! We had a group of 10 women and the house had everything we needed — a table inside and outside where we could all sit together, an amazing pool, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us, and Jan and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the weekend. They worked with us to make sure every detail was right, and it exceeded all expectations. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Jan was a proactive, enthusiastic and responsive host! My bachelorette party and I enjoyed the space. Although keep in mind that the room setup is not what you see online and there are in fact extra beds in most of the rooms, which certainly wasn't a bad thing necessarily but we had to make a game-time decision with room assignments. The downstairs fridge was (very weirdly) giving many of us electric shocks when opening the doors. Jan came to take a look at it, but all they really did was tape the door handles with towels… he was sort of dismissive of the complaint because he didn't experience it himself. We absolutely loved our chef — Jan changed the pricing a few times in a way that felt very arbitrary — but you absolutely must hire him!! Daily maid service was fantastic as were the views and getting to watch the sunset. Great value stay!

Spacious, clean villa in great location with incredible view from sunrise to sunset. Perfect place for our large family (5 kids) plus au pair to experience Cabo for the first time. We spent Christmas-New Year’s here, and the hosts had it beautifully decorated inside and out for the holiday season, which added to the great vibe. Jan was super-responsive and helpful throughout the trip, assisting with our every need and question not only about the villa, but Cabo in general. This villa felt like home by the end of the week and we were sad to leave it. If we return to Cabo as a family we’ll stay here again.

Jan was very responsive in the months leading up to our trip and during our stay. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of ten. Housekeeping was available every day and kept us supplied with plenty of clean towels and a clean kitchen. The hot tub was a big hit with a beautiful view of the ocean. We even saw whales! Overall, a wonderful vacation!
