Overall our stay was amazing. The chef they suggested for us was a god send. With 10 people and located where the house (actually) is - a chef was necessary. The view is great- the house is nice- but there were a few things I didn’t read in comments that I wish someone would have said. First the location is set to very close to Cabo. The pin is actually wrong. It’s more like midway point between Cabo and San Jose. Which worked out well- we actually liked San Jose better, but if you really want to stay close to the marina, this is a 20 mins drive the pin is not accurate. Also it’s positioned in between two hotels. Not an issue, but the hotel to the left has events (they end at 10 and only for a few hours) however I didn’t see anyone mention that here in the comments. It’s like the party is inside your room. It’s very loud. Again, just a few hours but this is the kind of thing people need to know before spending thousands per night on a house. Overall we had a good time.

Our group of 16 had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beautiful home. The views were incredible and the house was clean and well maintained. Issac did an outstanding job helping to coordinate excursions, messages at the house (which I highly recommend), the chef and bartender. Chef Gabriel is a must! He cooked amazing meals for us and cleaned up afterwards. Also highly recommend Arturo the bartender for pool parties. Thank you for a wonderful time, we’ll be back!

This was the best experience that I’ve had with an Airbnb internationally. I organized a bachelorette trip with 12 women + we loved every part of our stay. The best part about this home is the community that comes with it. Isaac is an incredible concierge — he went out of his way to make sure that we had everything that we needed/wanted in the home and we had the BEST experience with chefs Gabriel and Memo. In addition to a VIP reservation at RosaNegra for dinner, we also had an incredible time on the La Dolce Vita yacht. Their crew was such a good time. Last thing — we also loved the Cabo Evolution transportation service that Isaac connected us to! 10 out of 10 experience and I would love to come back!

This is one of my favorite villas I’ve been in. The view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and secluded. It feels like a private beach. Location is right in between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas; about 20-25 min depending on where you are going. We had 6 people in our group so there was plenty of space. We had three bedrooms that remained unoccupied. I also recommend using a chef. The breakfast he made was amazing. 10/10

Our stay was incredible!! The house is stunning and we loved the beach access. Easy to get Ubers to downtown Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo! Jessica was very responsive all weekend long! Would stay again!

My recent stay was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I booked, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully handled. The listing was exactly as described—if anything, it exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was also perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. Whether I was relaxing indoors or heading out, it always felt like I had the best of both worlds. Overall, this experience set a high standard. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone
