Welcome to our beautifully remodeled four-bedroom, three-bathroom quinta on the shores of Lake Nicaragua in Granada. With a new pool, spacious yard, and direct lake access, the home is approximately a 17-minute drive from central Granada.

Spend the day exploring Granada and return to the peaceful atmosphere of the lake. The steady breeze from the water helps keep the home cool while you enjoy the lake views and warm sunshine.

The home includes:

Four bedrooms
A primary bedroom with a king-size bed
Sleeping arrangements for groups of up to 12 guests, depending on your comfort level
Two air mattresses that can be placed in the living room or one of the bedrooms
Hot water
Air conditioning for nighttime use

The home is approximately a 15–20-minute drive from Granada’s Parque Central.
Taxi service is not readily available. Guests must arrange their own transportation to and from the home, or taxi service can be coordinated by the property manager.
Nicaragua has a tropical climate, and temperatures may feel warm even with the air conditioning and fans.
Insects and other tropical wildlife may be present, including geckos, lizards outdoors, ants, mosquitoes, and non-biting midges, also known as chayules.
The property is treated to help minimize insects, but their presence cannot be guaranteed against. These creatures are native to the area and part of the natural environment.
No refunds or discounts will be provided because of the presence of insects or other tropical wildlife.
Wind typically flows continuously from the lake into the house. If this may be an issue, please do not book the property.
Power outages occasionally occur in the surrounding area and are not specific to the home. Outages may last up to 60 minutes, although they usually last less than 20 minutes.

We work hard to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, but some conditions are beyond our control. Please consider these factors carefully before booking. If any of them may be problematic, we respectfully ask that you choose alternative accommodations.

Guests have access to the entire living area of the house.

The back of the home contains a bodega with the washer and dryer. If you need laundry service, Lesbia, the property manager, will be happy to assist for a small fee.
