The Space

We collaborate with a local property manager to offer additional services such as private transportation, chef recommendations, grocery delivery, and more. Please inquire for further details.

Entering through the front door, you arrive in the main living area featuring a palapa-style ceiling, marble floors, an open floor plan, and large infinity doors that open to the pool deck. The villa spans three levels, with the main floor and approximately 80% of the living space located on the entry-level top floor. The fifth bedroom is situated downstairs.

The main living room includes:

• A sofa seating 4 people
• A loveseat for 2 people
• A single comfortable chair
• A La-Z-Boy recliner

The dining area accommodates 8 guests comfortably. There are also:

• 2 bar stools at the bar area
• 3 bar stools at the kitchen island

This layout is perfect for entertaining family and friends.

A second, more intimate living room offers a Smart 42" TV for movies and streaming. Seating includes:

• A couch for 3 people
• A couch for 2 people
• A single chair

The kitchen features a large island and is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and all necessary essentials.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master Bedroom

Located to the left of the home beyond the second living room, the master bedroom offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Arch, and charming white Grecian-style rooftops. It includes:

• A king-size bed facing two expansive infinity doors
• A private balcony perfect for morning coffee while watching dolphins and cruise ships

The master bathroom features:

• Dual sinks
• A jet-spa bathtub with ocean views
• A walk-in shower
• A large walk-in closet connecting the bedroom and bathroom

Second Bedroom

Next to the master bedroom, this room includes:

• A king-size bed
• A large dresser
• Scenic views
• A balcony overlooking the infinity pool and jacuzzi

It has an attached private bathroom and closet with ample storage. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and views of the Arch.

Third Bedroom

Situated on the right side of the home past the bar and bamboo hallway, this bedroom offers:

• A king-size bed
• Private access to the backyard and infinity pool

The attached bathroom includes:

• A large walk-in closet
• Vanity sink area
• A glass door leading to a luxurious shower and jet-spa bathtub with Pacific Ocean views

Fourth Bedroom

Located next to the third bedroom, this room contains:

• Two full-size beds
• Private entry to the backyard

It connects to a bathroom with a walk-in closet and a combined shower and bathtub.

Fifth Bedroom

Downstairs from the second living room, the fifth bedroom has:

• Two twin-size beds
• An attached bathroom with a shower

Extra linens are available in all closets throughout the home.

Outdoor Space

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the backyard, which features:

• An infinity pool
• A jacuzzi
• Outdoor seating areas

Additional Information

Please note that nearby trendy hotels may host weddings and events that can cause noise at night. The marina, located 20 minutes away, offers bars, clubs, and restaurants that may also generate noise, sometimes amplified by the ocean. Occasional sounds from cruise ships can be heard as well.

As the villa is located in Mexico, guests should be aware of some local customs and regulations. For example, toilet paper or any solid objects must not be flushed down toilets anywhere in the home or in most parts of Mexico.
