This condo offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and local charm, ideal for families, beach lovers, and anyone seeking a relaxing getaway or an extended stay.

Step outside your door to the sound of waves and the refreshing ocean breeze. The villa features a king bed in the master bedroom with an ergonomic desk setup, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom that can be converted into a king upon request. It comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. For your convenience, the villa provides cooking essentials, beach gear such as boogie boards, chairs, towels, a cooler, and pool toys.

As this is our family home part of the year, we have ensured it is welcoming and comfortable. To help you start your stay, you will receive a welcome basket featuring Costa Rican coffee and chocolate.
