The Space
This spacious home includes five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, balcony, and air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators and a large central island, making it convenient for preparing meals or hosting a private chef. A two-meter quartz dining table seats up to 10 people.
The living room features an L-shaped sofa, television, and complimentary Netflix.
Internet and Remote Work
High-speed fiber-optic internet provides speeds of 50 megabytes per second up and down. Uninterruptible power supplies help maintain a stable connection for guests who need to work from home.
Water and Laundry
Large bottles of filtered reverse-osmosis water are provided during your stay.
Laundry room access is available for an additional fee. Laundromats are also available in town, and information can be provided upon request.

The entire property is gated and equipped with security cameras to support guest safety and well-being.

The house is spectacular, spacious and clean. We saw so many animals (Tucans, monkeys and parrots) walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants.

Solo hay un pequeño detalle en cuanto a la casa. Pese a que todos los cuartos tienen su baño privado. En el area social de la planta baja, sala, cocina, comedor no hay un medio baño, por lo que hay que estar usando los baños de los cuartos de abajo. Por lo demas excelente.

this place is dreamy. we saw lots of monkeys, toucans, macaw, red eyed tree frogs, and more from within the property. very spacious and clean place. would love to come back!

Angel was super responsive and very accommodating to last minute changes! the place is beautiful and there's so much space and natural light. We hired a cheff from Limon named Donzell Kelly to cook for 16 people and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. We were there celebrating my mom's birthday and we had a great time. Be careful when walking into the pool, it felt a bit slippery on the steps as I walked in. keep in mind that You will have to take out the trash all the way outside the complex. that being said the experience was amazing and smooth.

We had a wonderful time while staying in Villa Presidente. There was enough space for our entire family, each room had a private bath. The kitchen was a great gathering place and the pool was the perfect place to relax. There was plenty of wildlife outside that was entertaining to spot. The beach was walkable and town with restaurants was a short drive. The hosts were kind, incredibly responsive and provided us with local suggestions. We would definitely come back!
