This brand new beachside haven, completed in May 2023, offers a harmonious blend of modern design, unparalleled comfort, and seamless integration with the tropical beauty that surrounds it. As you step into Villa Maestrale, you'll be greeted by a two-story masterpiece boasting spacious living areas and terraces on both levels, allowing for a truly immersive indoor-outdoor living experience.

The villa features four bedrooms, each accompanied by private ensuites and terraces, comfortably accommodating you and your loved ones. Rest easy in the king-sized beds of the primary bedrooms, located on both levels, and wake up to stunning views of the lush surroundings. The communal terraces on each level provide a delightful space to unwind, where you can bask in the warm Costa Rican sun while being sheltered by the open-air design.

A poolside barbecue and outdoor kitchen invite you to indulge in culinary delights while savoring the pleasant tropical breeze. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, enveloped by tropically landscaped gardens, and allow your worries to melt away in this tranquil paradise.

• Second Bedroom: 2 Queen beds (below) and 2 Twin beds (on top) (ensuite bathroom) - First floor (6 people)
• Third Bedroom: 2 Queen beds (ensuite bathroom) - Second floor (4 people)
• Fourth Bedroom: 1 King bed (ensuite bathroom) - Second floor (2 people)

Guest Access

Rates are based on up to 8 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 8th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

Services

• Housekeeping is provided every other day to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. Additional housekeeping or breakfast preparation hours can be pre-arranged.
• The beach club membership grants access to all the amenities needed for a perfect day at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, and a gym, for $5 per person (ages 10 and up).
• The concierge team can assist in planning your ultimate tropical vacation, offering in-house catering, sunset cruises, adventure tours, and tips to secluded beaches.
• Transportation to and from Liberia International Airport or San Jose International Airport, as well as rental car bookings, can also be arranged.

Please note that the rates at this house are based on 8 guests. There is an additional charge for every extra guest.

This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a very strict no-noise policy outside between 10 PM and 6 AM. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a large group to have a party, large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property, as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
