Nestled among tropical dry forest, this property offers privacy and relaxation in the only resort-style community in the area. Enjoy world-class Pacific Ocean views from your balcony and the soothing sounds of local howler monkeys winding through the surrounding forest.
The condo features beachfront views throughout and is located less than fifty steps from the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Playa Flamingo, a nearly private cove known for its tranquility. Relax inside while listening to the waves or watching surfers at Flamingo Point. The Palms is also renowned for its spectacular sunsets.
Inside, the owners have furnished the condo with high-end luxury finishes designed for comfort. The unit is fully air-conditioned, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. Its white color scheme, numerous windows, and sliding doors fill the space with natural light and fresh ocean breezes, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
On the first level, you will find an open-concept layout combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils. Multiple seating areas provide space for dining, quiet conversations, watching movies, or playing games.
The second level includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers stunning ocean views, a king-sized bed, an oversized covered balcony, and an office area with a desk and two chairs. The guest bedroom is spacious, featuring a king-size bed and a loft area with a double bed just a few stairs up.
Additional sleeping arrangements include a full-size sofa bed in the living area, allowing up to six guests to sleep comfortably. A travel crib is available upon request through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

The Palms Villa #3 was fantastic. It felt like paradise. The Villa was extremely clean. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. The location was amazing, only steps to a beautiful beach. The view from the patio and even the master bed was gorgeous. The staff was extremely responsive. Alejandro and his team were so easy to communicate with. We were elated to stay in this Villa. It was the perfect place to relax after many adventures in the jungle.

This two-story condo #3 is a gem of a place on one of the flattest, accessible beaches on Costa Rica's Pacific Coast, Playa Flamingo. The Palms condo community is a mix of renters and owners - everyone was friendly without being overly intrusive. The onsite management was professional and responsive. There are a lot of staff onsite all day (bartender, groundkeepers, construction, etc.), so please know this when considering your privacy preferences. Condo #3 is situated toward one of the ends, so beachfront is in front of it vs the pool area. Steps from the fitness center and outdoor free equipment storage/massage tent. The condo was clean and comfortable. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. Two picky things I suggest are charging stations for each nightstand and an outlet in the master bathroom for a hairdryer/electric razor. A 15 minute walk from the marina, and several shopping and restaurant options. Would highly recommend The Palms, especially unit 3.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here, and every single one of us was upset to have to leave. The home was amazing, concierge was extremely helpful, location couldn’t be beat, and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be back again!

The place is right on the beach, very private. Beds are super comfortable! We had a great time. You'll need a car to get food.

Wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful condo. It was more than expected! We cooked breakfast and supper in the well appointed kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space - the beds were comfortable and linens very nice. All of the furnishings were top notch. The location can’t be beat. The beach was steps away and this condo has the best view. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and use of the boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board daily. We had Coco Loco delivered and ate at nearby restaurants - Margaritaville, Camparino, Surf Box etc. Between Alejandro and Blue Zone and the concierge at The Palms, our every question and request was taken care of. They booked transportation for us, helped to rent us a golf cart for the week, booked excursions, gave area recommendations and just made our whole trip seamless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Costa Rica.

The Palms at Playa Flamingo is very nice. We think the villa we stayed at was nicer than in the pictures. The concierge was friendly, welcoming, and everyone that worked on the property was friendly and helpful. For us, it place was heavenly. Our only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! We hope to return someday.

We really appreciate our stay at The Palms. Has been our favorite location in all of Costa Rica. Perfect location for families with kids and those looking for a fantastic location on the water. Highly recommend this unit and this resort.
