Welcome to one of five Blue Zones! Casa Tranquila is a BRAND NEW villa in the hills of Samara. This contemporary villa offers a chef's kitchen, a private pool, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main area, as well as both bedrooms, are air conditioned. There is a covered dining area, a daybed with shade, and an outdoor shower. High teak ceilings were used in the home's architecture to promote airflow and natural light. The house has a designated workspace making it perfect for remote work. The space For those who enjoy the outdoors, this recently finished property is located five minutes from two beautiful beaches, Samara and Carrillo. The property is adjacent to a protected tropical conservation jungle with paths and the property itself exudes a lush, verdant, tropical vibe. A private pool with a tanning ledge, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area with a grill, and a cabana with a queen day bed are among the outside amenities. The two air-conditioned bedrooms at Casa Tranquila each have a king bed, a closet, and a television. The bedrooms have huge glass sliding doors that open to the terrace or pool. The primary bedroom includes a private office, an ensuite bathroom, and a shower open to the sky. There are dimmable spotlights lighting the 18-foot teak ceilings throughout the entire villa. The built-in furniture is made by Costa Rican cabinet makers out of local teak wood. A full-sized gas stove, an electric oven, a Whirlpool fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher are all included in the chef's kitchen amenities. A Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee maker, Cuisinart food processor, and Ninja blender are examples of small equipment. The kitchen also has all the tiny items that are required. A full-sized leather couch, a 50" television, a chaise lounge, and stools for the spacious island are all included in the living room/kitchen area's furniture. Just beyond the primary bedroom and living room, there is an outdoor dining and grilling area that opens to the pool and tropical garden. The entire property is encircled by a 9-foot fence for privacy and protection, has cameras pointed at the gates and front door, and has a safe lockbox. Throughout the entire property, there is swift and dependable WIFI! Groups Families, couples, digital nomads, and small groups seeking some Pura Vida will all love this house!! This residence is ideal for guests travelling in large families or parties because a sister property is located just next door, and a security door connects the two pool areas. As a result, the kids won't need to cross the street to visit their neighbours. Except for one owner's closet and the garage, guests will have complete access to the house. My 9 year-old son, wife, and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay at Louis' fine home in Sámara. Louis' property had everything that we needed. Our favorite spot on the property was the outdoor space, where we sat in the early mornings and late afternoons. We saw dozens of colorful birds and a sizeable troop of howler monkeys, all while enjoying a dip in the plunge pool. Tips (Google them): Granizados, Playa Carrillo, Rindemas, L'Authentique, Adobe Rental Car, oh, and it took us about 1:45 to drive from the house to Liberia Airport via Nicoya. Some reviews whining about the road leading to the property are way overblown. Most of the road to the property is well paved, except for about a 200m dirt/gravel section near the end. We had a 4WD but didn't engage the function at all. If you are a good driver and proceed with some common sense, the road will present no issues. Don't let that dissuade you from selecting this incredible home.

The house is perfect, secluded and private but a couple of minutes drive to the village and beautiful beach. The pool was amazing and gets sun all day. Louise is very response but we didn't need anything the house had it all. We have been to Samara a few times and this was our favorite place we have stayed in. Would stay again.

A week in paradise for us. We loved the house, both indoors and out. In the morning we enjoyed birdwatching with our coffee. In the afternoon some pool time. In the evening, hanging out at one of several restaurants or cooking in with games on the porch. Convenient to town. Louis graciously made reservations for us whenever we needed them. Always responded promptly.

Amazing place. Inspired to have a similar house later on. Spacious for the 4 of us. Pool was nice and the kids had hours of fun. Highly recommended.

Louis was a highly responsive host, and the home was comfortable and as described. The kids loved the pool and spotting howler monkeys, hummingbirds, and parrots from the backyard. The location is close to the beach, supermarkets, and Samara center. The bumpy road to access the property was no issue with our 4WD. Overall great experience and we would stay again!

Magnifique endroit avec tous à proximité, marchés, épiceries, restaurants, plage Louis a été très accueillant et répondait très vite à nos questions. La Casa était parfaite et telle que décrite dans les informations et images. Un endroit magnifique, je recommande fortement.

Louis’s place is amazing. Beautiful, spacious, he greeted us with warmth (and two free pizzas!). Howler monkeys in the trees around it…what a gem of a spot!

Amazing villa - much better than the ad. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. Outdoor and pool area is great, pool seemed bigger than on the pics. Louis, who we met in person, is a great host who made us feel welcome.

Louis was very kind, helpful, responsive and accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay and found the home to have everything we needed and more. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Nice private setting yet still convenient to get to town and beaches.
