The villa was absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person. We had a fantastic trip!!! Also, a special thanks to the concierge team, Bruno was incredibly helpful and responsive. The private chefs were also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again and highly recommend it.

I am going to be honest in my review, I gave this home 5 stars because of Alex the cook and Andres the house manager. If not for them I would not be doing 5 stars. The communication with the original people while booking was very frustrating when trying to get things handled, but the moment we stepped foot on the property Andres made sure we had everything we needed, and Alex and his crew was the best most kind chefs ever. When we arrived they had margaritas and quesadillas ready for us as a welcoming present and they were amazing! For the day of my birthday they song to me and surprised me with a lit cheesecake that really made my day. So if you are experiencing frustration when booking the place dont worry, because when you get there you will then become royalty!

We could not have asked for a better time with this property. We had 16 girls from all around the U.S and Canada for my bachelorette. The house was stunning, it had everything we needed and more. The back drop was beautiful for photos, the kitchen made it easy to cook and the pool was never empty we were in it constantly. The view is even better in person and you constantly see whales from the balcony. Bruno is a super hero. He was fantastic, super responsive helped with everything we needed. It was really hard to leave at the end. I wish I was staring out to sea from the top deck right now. A trip we will never forget.

Beautiful house and beautiful views. Concierge service was great. Plenty of space for the whole family to get to get together for the holidays! House could use a few updates and maybe some better preventative maintenance. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

Our stay started out well. Bruno was, at first, very responsive and helpful. The problems began when shortly after checking in, the water to the house came to a complete stop. I messaged the company and received no reply until the next morning. We had ten guests who were unable to shower or wash from approximately 10:30pm until noon the following day. It appeared that the person we were speaking to about the water issue placed blame on us for the lack of water and did not believe what we were saying to him. My husband went into the garage, opened the cover of the water tankard and it was completely empty. We could clearly see the water mark about 6-8 inches from the bottom of the tank - making it very obvious that the tank had not been filled in preparation for our stay. With COVID still being very much an issue, not having an essential resource such as water for many hours, goes beyond being an “inconvenience”, but rather a health and sanitation issue. Everything went downhill after.

We adore the design, tranquility, and beauty of the villa. We have never stayed in a more fabulous villa. Everything is perfect: the view, the interior design, the room size, the pool, the staff, the food, the peace and quiet, and the gym. Most importantly, we appreciate everyone who assisted us during our stay. They are all very professional and caring people who have shown us the best of Mexican hospitality.
