The Space

This home is situated directly at the Colorados surf break, offering an unbeatable beachfront location. It accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, while the fourth is in a separate standalone studio. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom and air conditioning.

The master bedroom is upstairs and features a queen-size bed along with a beachfront balcony overlooking the surf break. Bedrooms two and three are on the ground floor, each furnished with two extra-long twin beds that can be arranged separately for singles or combined for couples. The standalone studio (bedroom four) includes its own kitchenette and seating area, also equipped with two extra-long twin beds suitable for singles or couples.

The property boasts a spacious lawn and an oceanfront swimming pool that directly faces the beach.

Power and Utilities

This is the only house in the resort with an advanced power backup system, featuring a 20 kW solar array and 120 kWh battery storage. This hybrid solar setup ensures uninterrupted electricity, even during common grid outages in Nicaragua. The entire home—including hot water and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces—operates at full capacity without disruption. Guests will not notice any power interruptions during their stay.
