We loved our stay here! The views alone were worth it! Watching sunset from the porch was spectacular. The pools are super clean and so enjoyable. Animals were a daily siting and the location is perfect. Tabata was always available and very friendly! We will be back!

We had a mixed experience at Tabata's place. The good: - Tabata and Ricardo are kind and responsive hosts. They care a lot about their guest experience, went out of their way to try and help us arrange experiences and were responsive to any issues and feedback - The location and outdoor spaces are beautiful. We loved the patio, wildlife sightings and it really looks like the pictures - Location is good, easily drivable to the major beaches and restaurants, but not walkable for our young child Issues: - The place overall needs upkeep, repair, and cleaning. The upstairs in particular had an unpleasant smell and felt unclean - The gym is in disrepair. Most equipment is rusted and not easily adjustable. Some equipment is unsafe - The bats (which sound like they are living in the roof) were incredibly loud and kept us awake. I hope they can fix a number of these issues as the place has so much potential.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tabatha’s place, the location was amazing, surrounded by nature, and close to everything in Nosara. The pool and outdoor area was a real highlight, our kids spent hours in the private pool, as well as the bigger pool. Tabatha was also a fantastic host, super responsive, and also gave us some great local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

We had serval issues during our stay: lights out, dirty amenities, cockroach infestation, no hot water in the showers, early check out… & for most of them we got met with the energy of “that’s how it is.” The host did clean the gym by request but a lot of the equipment is rusted and not maintained, it’s not a true gym. We were informed after check in that there was a cockroach issue & we needed to vacate one of the rooms for treatment. The job was left messy & they came back even worse after. We asked to have the lights fixed in the bedrooms as they were out & we weren’t able to coordinate a time to get them fixed. We never had any hot water to shower in, only cold. We didn’t bring up that there were a lot of bat like sounds coming from the master bedroom ceiling. The locks were also super difficult to use, the keys & locks required great force. We were also kicked out early before our check out time (maids arrived at 9am vs 11am). Very disappointed in the price for what we got.

What an amazing place. We wish we could have stayed longer. The place looks just like the photos. We spent most of our time surfing, watching sunsets at the beach and relaxing hammocks on the deck in between swimming in the private plunge pool. The place was spotless and everything worked well. Amazing responsive hosts. Beautiful quiet location. Great internet as well. Can’t wait to go back

Tabata was always responsive and helpful. She gave us several local recommendations for restaurants and even made a reservation for us. The house is set on a hill and feels secluded. Beautiful view from the back porch. It’s only 5-10 minutes drive to Playa Guiones.

10/10 recommend! This place is pure magic! Thoughtfully built and perfectly set up for an incredible stay. The gym is fantastic to workout with howler monkeys and animals all around. Strong consistent WiFi for international work calls. Good hot water with strong water pressure. And super clean and bug free! Very rare in Costa Rica! Can’t say enough good about this place and Tabata is a wonderful host that was always ready to help answer any questions!

Tabata is a great host. She was very responsive. The house was great. Very comfortable beds. We loved the pool and hanging, pool-side bed and hammocks. The house was great for us but the driveway is quite rough (need a high-clearance car) and the walk to the beach and restaurants is considerable, especially for anyone with mobility issues. We would stay here again!

Tabata was very responsive and her home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool, the comfortable furniture, the cleanliness of the entire accommodation. We highly recommend Tabata as a host and this property as a place to stay while in the Nosara area. We would enjoy staying here again when we are back.
