A newly renovated modern apartment in the center of Dominical. Very easy to find and walking distance to all shops, bars, and restaurants with only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is above a small hotel called La Posada del Mar, is family friendly, and provides a fun and comfortable environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. Cleaning service and linens are a part of your stay and we offer beach towels with a small deposit. The space This is a 2 bedroom apartment, it is 41 sq. mts., and it is equipped with a queen bed in one room and 3 twin beds in the other room. The bathroom is quite large and there is a full kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals. There is also a beautiful balcony overlooking the Main Street of Dominical. Guest access You will have full access to the property.

Great location in Dominical. Right in the middle of town and a short walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and everything was very easy. We stayed in both the single rooms and the apartment up top. Both are modern, clean and a reasonable price. I would say the pictures of the apartment don’t quite do it justice…it is nice and having the large private patio overlooking the street out front is a nice place to hang out in the evening. Will be back.

Perfect spot for our weekend trip to Dominical area. Close to beach and right in the center of town. We especially enjoyed the big terrace. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to make our own food if we wanted to. A place we would be happy to visit again!

We wish we could have stayed longer. This was the PERFECT place to walk to the beach and restaurants and very convenient to local friends who live nearby. A lot of space and a great value. Thank you for hosting us!

First, I want to mention that Dominical is small, but along a single road, it has several restaurants and bars to enjoy... The apartment is super comfortable, with plenty of space for 4 people and everything needed to stay for several days. Honestly, if I return to Dominical, I’ll stay in this place again.

The only thing I would have liked more is to have stayed longer! This cute upstairs apartment accommodated our family and surfboards etc on the spacious covered patio. Nicely laid out, cold a/c comfy beds and walkable to great food. Gracias!

El apartamento es supercentrico, en la calle privcipal. El espacio de la terraza es lindo, grande y es el lugar perfecto para desayunar y ver lo que pasa en la calle. Los cuartos son un poco estrechos, con buenas camas, no tienen aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores. En la sala sí hay aire. El baño con ducha es grande y la cocina esta muy bien equipada. Tuvimos la mala suerte de cortes de agua sin aviso en el pueblo y al no tener tanque nos quedamos sin agua en la casa. El parqueo del hotel es abierto.
